So, Blackpool is over for another year.
Well done to all Widnes skaters that took part, and thanks to supporters and family. Lovely to have some of our skaters experiencing their 1st competition locally and some podium places too. Please post any photos or results on our page that you’d like us to share.
Thanks to our wonderful coaches for helping our skaters so well and giving them the skills and confidence to go out and perform and most importantly to enjoy themselves.
... And a final thanks to Michelle C for being at the competition all week helping the full Widnes team 💖 (and their parents🙈).

Podium news from Blackpool, representing Widnes Caitlyn B finished 3rd in basic novice free dance, Jess H who is also a Widnes member finished in 2nd. Well done ladies. Lots of fun with exhibitions today too. Final day of group exhibitions tomorrow.

Fantastic news just sent in by his coach Michelle C, Sam T won Gold in beginners boys in his 1st ever competition. He achieved a huge score of over 14. Amazing. Great opening to Blackpool opens. 👍⛸🇬🇧 🥇 well done.
