Just to let you know that from April our telephone hours are reducing radically. This is because nearly all our orders come in online these days and, as country sorts, we’d much rather be outside in our wellies bagging up your birdseed and weighing out your Wigglys than tied to our office desks :) You can count on us for the usual level of service via email - we will get back to you quickly and ensure all is hassle-free as always. If your mum loves bright and cheerful colours - she will enjoy this posy We all know flowers can never clash - Mother Nature sees to that so this arrangement is bursting with a riot of colours and looks amazing. When the post office mixed up the order and many of the mealworms had died they sent out a package first class to replace it right away. Can't stop mistakes happening outside your control but they did a lot to fix it!

Outstanding customer service. I made a mistake in the address when I ordered flowers and, even though it was totally my mistake, they went above and beyond to make sure my friends got their flowers. And the flowers are always gorgeous.

My mothers flowers have just arrived and they look fantastic and as we are just down the road they delivered them from their Hereford shop on Sunday as well, great job guys!

Could not rate you enough.. the first time I came across this company was when flowers were delivered to me by accident. Wiggly Wigglers were given the incorrect address. I contacted them to let them know, they responded quickly and the matter was resolved. I then received a lovely surprise of chocolates for helping get the flowers to the correct person. Very personal touch and will now be using in the future !

Best florists ever. Stumbled across them when looking for my wedding bouquet and now wouldn't use anyone else when I send flowers. The flowers are always perfect and last for ages.

Items always arrive on time and well packed. Flowers are beautiful. I can always buy with confidence

We ordered a pair of Goat socks for my son for christmas from the Wiggly Wigglers catalogue. There was no code so I ordered on the basis of what the picture looked like. The picture showed a person with crossed legs, and socks on that went well up above the ankle. The socks were described as 'Short comfort socks'. When we received them, the order form said 'Comfort trainer socks' and they were much shorter than what the picture showed. We emailed Wiggly Wigglers and they agreed to exchange the socks. We sent the socks back by standard delivery, just as we had recieved them. We waited a while with no answer so we contacted them again and were informed they had not received the socks, and asked us if we had tracked them or sent them by recorded delivery. We told them we had not. So far we have had no further response. So we currently have no socks, but have payed for the socks (£15) and two lots of postage. We have had to go elsewhere for the socks.

My order was out of stock, not that it said that on their website at the time, but when it was dispatched it was not sent by DPD local as stated and I was not sent a tracking no. When I received no update on my late order I emailed this company and received a very unhelpful short reply saying my worms had been posted 1st class Royal Mail (not the delivery option I paid for and the reason why I chose this company) and that I should have received them by now. My worms had to spend a whole weekend in a hot Royal Mail sorting office. I emailed a complaint to this company and have never received a reply. Awful service and I will not be using you again.
