TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Absolute shower of shite.. arrogant staff, rude abrupt phonecalls. They didnt find our buyer, we found our own buyer, came to our property put a board up never to be heard from again untill the sale had gone through 3 months later.. calling us threatening to take legal action against us on the day we were moving because we'd missed a couple of there phonecalls. ended up paying in full for in my opinion putting an ad on the internet. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE

very unprofessional and terrible service having been passed office too office before one of the managers plucks up the courage too face you! had a big disagreement with the owner (david) of wigwam, all because he recieved our letter to end the tenancy agrement 1 day late!, which we send in the post (first class) days before it was due. we have then been passed to a manager to tell me theres nothing he can do. And we will be billed 1 months rent extra! Absolutely useless Do Not rent a property with these! you will seriously regret it! these people scheme money out of familys who work hard for it!

Wigwam Homes Sold my lovely house in Nottingham. Quickly and for a cost I could easily afford.

They arranged and accompanied viewings, even when I wasn’t there and seemed very concerned to check that prospective purchasers were serious and in a position to proceed quickly.

I recommended them to local friends, who had a similar experience with wigwam, when other agents had been unsuccessful for months, so I am very happy to recommend them and would be more than happy to use them again.

Wigwam Homes have looked after my 9 rental properties in Hull, for over 8 years and I can’t praise them enough.
Whist maintaining a very high occupancy rate, they have put a lot of effort into creating a comprehensive and stringent, vetting and selection process. This means that the tenants I get, are the tenants I want. Not, bad payers, property wreckers or anti-social, all of which I have had before.
They carry out regular property checks and keep me fully aware of any maintenance needs, selecting best quotes where required and supervising the work. I am happy to recommend them. An excellent company.

I have been a tenant with this landlord for 9 years and have never experienced any problems. They have always been very responsive to any repairs and acted upon them efficiently and accommodating to reflect my work hours. The properties are of a high standard with regular and thorough gas inspections as per legal requirements. The landlord listens to his tenants and is always open to ideas of improvements to the property and is happy to assist wherever possible. I have heard many horror stories when it comes to landlords but I can confidently say that this is not one of them and I would highly recommend Wigwam Homes to anyone.

After signing tenancy agreement and paying the fees they cancelled my application. Even though Lea accepted and later David changed everything on tenancy agreement illegal by law after signing this cannot be altered (you can be sued for this).They are the worst people and have the worst service they just want to rip you off and play with you. Very unprofessional and bad management stay away and don't go to them.
