Top store with very helpful staff! Always happy to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Very highly recommended and don't forget they sell more than auto parts!

On being dropped off at the door of the store by my wife, a gentleman from the fitting unit next door shouted at me that I could not leave the car there. I said I'm not the driver and my wife proceeded to park in a space. Whilst in the store my wife reversed out of the space to turn round and reverse park in the same spot. Half way through manoeuvring her vehicle the same gentleman approached the car and shouted 'stay there you can't park in the middle of the car park' . My wife informed him she wasn't and that she was reverse parking , he then became very irate and my wife, due to feeling extremely intimidated left the car, received more abuse and came into the store very upset.
I then asked him what his problem was. The manager then became involved shouting to get off the forecourt which doesn't belong to their company. It all turned into a rather stupid argument. A friend of the gentleman became involved and wanted to take me off the premises do what we'll never know. The same 'friend' then proceeded to follow us through Lowestoft town, revving his vehicle a large 4 x 4 (with illegal bull bars) very close to my wife's car. I filmed him as we led him towards the police station at which point he drove away.
My wife found the whole experience intimidating and uncomfortable to say the least.

Needed Brake Pipe Tubing they said they would only sell it to me to fit and that they would need my current brake pipes to shape them. I explained I only need the pipe and that I would fit them myself as my mot was the following day. The manager laughed in a patronizing tone and said "you won't find anywhere in town that will do you just the pipe". Luckily he was wrong and I went to a place up the road and purchased a reel of pipe.

Well what can I say excellent professional staff,
Fantastic atmosphere.
The staff always go out there way to help brilliant store to shop in.
