We like to offer a good selection of properties for sale to suit most budgets. Think of us as your personal shopper. If we haven't already got what you want to buy then we will do our best to find it for you. We are old Bathonians and we have many contacts!

We can either take care of everything or introduce a thoroughly referenced tenant if you want to manage the tenancy. The choice is yours.

Moving

Our removals and storage division operate from a large depot in Keynsham where we have a fleet of lorries and vans for every size of move. Our removal team are some of the hardest working people you will ever meet. Removals from large family homes to city centre apartments all get the same great service and you don't have to sell your property with Wild & Lye to be moved by us (although, if you did, you would be eligible for a free removal anywhere in the country).


Marketing

When you have made the decision to sell or let your property you won't want to wait weeks for your estate agent to get going. Our high quality brochures - with enhanced photography and floor plans - are ready to go in 24hrs. Our impressive double-fronted office on the highly visible three-way junction at the end of Bathwick Street in central Bath has a state-of-the-art illuminated window display which is impossible to ignore. All marketing material is prepared in our office so that we have full control over the quality of work. A lot of other agents seem to have forgotten the art of estate agency . We haven't.
