🌲Retreat Into Wildness🌲

🇵🇹I still can’t think of a better time to go to Portugal, with the Autumn sun falling beautifully on the wild woodland, a little cooler and kinder on the skin than the summer mugginess. It’s a wonderful time to be outside, connecting with nature and enjoying the relaxed Portuguese way of life. 🌄
... ✈️Fly into Lisbon or Porto before heading by coach to Oleiros – why not take a day or two either side to exploring these wonderful cities with their creative atmosphere and stunning architecture. Last year Kitty and Jess had a wonderful time in Lisbon after the retreat, sampling all the Pastel De Nata (Portuguese custard tarts) and mooching the cobbled lanes.🌁
😹One of my favourite stories is when Kitty accidentally customised some of her Wild Wolfs merch with bleach instead of detergent… if you’ve ever seen her rocking her super edgy tie dye Wolf hoody around the den, you’ll know what I mean! Fly with Easy jet from Bristol to either city – you could fly into one and return from the other, a lovely way to experience both. And let me know which city has the best custard tarts.😻

🎪NON GLASTONBURY REVELLERS🎪
🧶While Ulle our resident wildcat has put on her wellys and donned her festi gear, we’re holding the fort down in the studio.
💤 Theres no doubt it’s going to a quiet weekend in Bristol and we are relishing in it. Mary’s borrowed a car and is taken it out on the road this weekend (so we're all relieved its going to be quiet)! We're also super excited because Mary has taken over Friday morning Slow Flow and Wild Stretch. We love this quiet side to M...ary's teaching, she's finally catching the slug bug and loves letting the light pour in as you wake up out of your sweet early morning savasana. 🌅
⛺️So no worries if all your mates are off in a field, we've got you covered.
☀️ Tomorrow the sun is going to OUT in full force. Join us for our weekly Wolf Pack Runs and feel the evening sun on your back as you trail round the harbour and more. Meet at the studio at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm set off. 🏃‍♂️

... 🐺👑I spoke to Jess about her experiences with Jambo and she told me she’ll never forget catching up with Kitty the day after his Unf*#k Your Back Workshop two summers ago.

🕯It was one of those super balmy evenings and Jambo wizzed in from London and held one of his beautiful pre-practice ceremonies and Kitty suddenly realised she was ‘home’, surrounded by her Wolf Sisters and totally at ease. 💫
🌃Despite wizzing back to London that evening, his presence was still felt in the studio the next day – his magick 🔮and grounding nature rippled through. 🌏

🌝I LOVE anything ritualistic and ceremonial and I’m so excited to practice with them next week, we do still have a few spaces left for the Open Morning Practice 10am-1pm. We’re also so excited to see what Jambo brings this time as we know he’s been diving deep into his meditation and Native practices.🌚

✨📚Love to learn📚✨I have always loved school, defo have teacher pleaser issues and also have a cloak of invisibility I sometimes like to wear in the classroom environment 🤔 I remember when I went to yoga skool... 🔮✨🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏽 I LOVED every second. Philosophy components, anatomy, practicing 🤸🏽‍♀️... the yoga skool continues next week with the ✨magick✨that is @jambodragon 🐲 and Charlie Speller! We have had more sign ups this last few days and also so many of you coming to share the... morning practices! These are happening at 10:00-1:00, Monday 1st July to Friday the 5th. I can’t make the full training 🙏🏽 BUT know the morning sessions will be my favourite type of yoga skool. 🔮📚✨🤸🏽‍♀️🔥🐲Pract ice with Jambo and Charlie = magick, a whole load of wisdom and fun!!! 🌲 Wolf Den 🌲 This is a place where creativity is collaborative, listening is not waiting to speak and minds are free to welcome new ideas. 🌲💖🌲 We have lots coming up about our little loft space, inspired by a cabin in the woods... 📸@damienhockey came and captured our Den and his pictures surely show why we love it so!!!! ALSO we have finally managed to 📸capture @pip_barsanti 😍🤸🏽‍♀️😍!!! Pip has been with us over a year and she brings her awesome 🍎🍑Core & Body Burn & Wild Core... 🍎 classes to the studio. She teaches both in the Den and the studio and we love her to bits 💖. It started as one class and then the Wolfpack just wanted more and more 🔥🐺🔥! Dragon is energy in Lower tan tien and fire element: qualities ahave an air of subtlety and yet on the other hand bring RADIANCE & IS TRANSFORMATIVE. Each morning session will carry a different intent related to the Chinese Meridians. At the start of each day, Charlie and Jambo will set the intent for the yoga asana practice with Ceremony that is influenced by their own studies and practices in meditation, Native American traditions, music, movement and their connection to nature.
Afternoon sessions: For those taking the whole course, afternoons will build on the intent from the morning practice. You’ll learn bodywork techniques, complementary essential oils, meditation/journeying techniques, hone your empath skills and the healing gifts you already carry. There will be time for q&a and testing out what you learn. Afternoons will be jam-packed so that you leave with new skill sets and renewed courage and confidence to use them. The first time I had this smoothie was at Jess's house in Failand (Fairyland) when she hosted me for a little weekend holiday from city life, and spoilt me rotten with walks in the woods, snuggles with Ruff dog, fun with Frank and delicious food!

... I said at the time it was the best smoothie I've ever had, and I stand by this wholeheartedly! It was a honour to be a special guest on Jess and Kitty's Wild Kitchen, where I learnt more about the wonderful Ayurvedic properties of Spinach, Almond Milk and Cocoa. Plus the many other ways you can pimp your smoothies to get the right nutrients that will help bring some balance to the body!
