Dissapointed in the total lack of attention to detail. Lockers dont lock, soap always empty, sauna and steam room on the blink and all constructive feedback is ignored by management

I have to agree with some of the other postings regarding rude staff, it would appear that they are better people than the ones paying the joining and membership fees.
Safety very poor, photo shoot leaving items of equipment all other the floor in-between the equipment
Got locked in to the club after their staff failed to carry out adequate checks whether everyone was out, I could have collapsed and have been found in the morning, I actually phoned the police to get out.
overall champagne money for beer quality
No apology for either of the above items, they don't take customers complaints seriously

AVOID - awful customer service. Booked a spa day for £130 (2x treatments, lunch, spa) to celebrate close friend's six-month trip to New Zealand. As I'm newly pregnant, followed up with team to work out which treatments were safe.

On the day, at reception, again talked through my pregnancy and what was safe. The spa itself was fine, if dated and small (the spa's shared with a gym so the clientele are varied, and the pool is half relaxed spa guests and half high-energy gym goers).

When it was time for our treatments, I was suddenly told by my therapist that she wasn't comfortable giving me the massage - after some debate, we agreed I'd have an hour long facial instead. The therapist left me on the bed with my glasses off. I waited for ten minutes and another less friendly woman came in to say the team had spoken and could not offer me ANY treatment.

As I'd travelled for hours to get there, this was very upsetting - no apology, no other treatments offered. I was so upset and angry, especially as I then had to wait for an hour for my friend to leave the treatments. I sat, visibly upset and pregnant, in reception as their whole team ignored me.

I then complained over email to a rude manager who did not apologise and offered me vouchers vs a refund (no use as I would never return somewhere with such awful service). Two weeks now and no refund. I very rarely say this but strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Brilliant facilties and sessions especially aqua fit. Food gone downhill not choices that were there before. Spa treatments first class.

The interior of the Spa is very good BUT the attitude of staff is appalling, The first time I went to inquire the staff on duty at the desk made me wait while they seemed to chat then one turned to me and looked ....said nothing , no good morning, hello or even a grunt. I walked out . the following week I thought I would put behind me what had happened and tried again ...not much difference I asked about membership he said "We are always full but you can join " ? I then asked if I could have half year membership he looked at me turned away and walked off .... I threw the form on the floor and walked out ...for the Last time... This Spar should feel lucky I gave them one star very very very uneducated staff....

I agree with Judi Mitchell on our experience but must add when we entered the quiet room a Thai woman was speaking loudly on her mobile for twenty minutes when phones were not allowed,
