Dropped my Specialized Levo in Monday morning for some work on the off chance hoping they could possibly squeeze it in and have it sorted by the end of the week before the all important weekend ride,we all know how important that is,right?
Recieved a call from Ben 8pm THAT same evening saying it's just been finished😃 8pm !
I have never received such prompt service from any industry or business to rival this !
As a customer I can't say enough how impressed and grateful I am,Thank you very much.

I have been going to Wildside through thick & thin for longer than I care to remember. I've always been very well looked after and the signs are that this shop is on the way back up again. It is run by enthusiasts, and that shows.

What a mess became Wildside, I am client since 2012, during 5 years this has been my shop. From almost all my bike servicing, to buy bike components, or even to buy my Triathlon wetsuit, I always choose them. Today received a call saying that they haven't started the servicing cause will have additional s charges but they have the bike bar tape + plugs that I bought from them to apply on. My surprise was that the some person that sell me the bike componentes was charging me twice for components that I already paid Even more they were charging 40£ for the cables, never remember that, is the first time that for a Gold service, where they strip the bike completely, they charge for the cables. Not impressed, at all.

I had my first ever bike fit today with Gary and the service was amazing, every aspect is taken into consideration and best of all he didn't try to sell me anything!! Although I did but a new saddle but I was thinking about getting a new one anyway. I've just been out for a 10 mile trundle and the bike feels completely different, it feels great!!! Going for a longer run the weekend but Gary did say that if I needed anything else adjusted to let him know as there's no further charge. Wish I'd done it years ago!

Great course - my son (aged 11) and I attended the beginners bike maintenance course. We were taken through the M check and learnt the correct technique for mending punctures and changing inner tubes. The instructor was excellent - friendly, patient and really keen that we understood what we were doing. Could not have been better (unless they had let us take home the carbon frame bike we were working on!!)

I had really great time doing level 3 mechanic course. I did it in November and this January for the second time, both times i learned a lot and enjoyed Garry's teaching style. Also I thought they were very thoughtful in provide vegan lunch ( a sweet touch). In addition, I did visit the store quite a few times before and I always found that the staff there is super friendly, and accommodative.
