Very helpful staff,clean environment and personnel and very pocket friendly. Unfortunately the DIY department was not well stocked so was unable to puchase tools I needed.
Stratford E15 store.

I am a regular shopper at this store and I was very disappointed on the 23rd Sep, as I went in their to buy a photo frame which didn't come in a box, so when I got to the till to pay I asked if they could wrap it in brown paper, they said they didn't have none. I then went to customer services and asked them the lady rang downstairs and asked for some and was told they don't have any, so I replied you sell breakable items in your store and have nothing to wrap them up in. I left my item and went else well. This is a joke for a store of this size

Big shop, i really recommend.
Wembley branch its really good, but stratford one its much better, big space and more choices of products.

A great store for everyone looking for a bargain. I always buy branded Stationery and household products from Wilko. And from this store in particular. The Customer Service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really like the pricing for the products. It is extremely good and affordable compared to Tesco and Sainsbury's. I recommend this store to everyone.

I went in to wilkos to pick up an item that I had ordered online and was greeted with disrespectful staff who made me feel unwelcomed. Not only where they impatient they also where arguing amongst themselves which I found to be highly unprofessional. As if to top this off an elderly lady who was being served beside me was treated as a nuance instead of a respected customer. Disgraceful.

Wilko has pretty much everything you need for you and your home: health and beauty, kitchen and bathroom accessories, bedding, lighting, stationery, craft supplies and yarn, toys, pet accessories, gardening items and seeds, cleaning supplies etc etc. All good quality for low prices. Staff in this branch are friendly and helpful too.

Decent sized shop selling a wide variety of products at very reasonable prices.

Love to shop in here. Been shopping here since 2007, in store and online. Wide variety of household products including DIY; snacks, drinks; beauty products; office supplies and stationery, school supplies.
