Shop layout is a bit disorganised not always easy to find what you want

in the store today I'm very upset with the staff expecially the management. They have the heating on full blast I entered by the bus stop had to go to the bottom of the store for item I wanted only to find the tills are all blocked off so is the bench to sit on . I walk all the way back up to get to a open till make my feelings known. I wasn't the only one either. to then be told can you wait for a cashier who do can a refund. I'm not a well person but to be told that it's fine for me to walk up and down the whole shop. i really think you need to be thinking of all of your customers! !!

Staff are always very nice and it's a decent sized wilkos

I'd give it 5 stars for size, range and of quality of goods. Unfortunately the lay out is confused and unattractive. The service can be very good but is too variable to be rated good overall.
