good shop, always nice and helpful service

A proper "home store" type shop. On 2 floors. Escalator, lifts and stairs. Sells everything from food, toiletries, homeware, decorating and diy, pet supplies and sweets. Fast tills. Pleasant staff and they now have contactless payment. Some good prices and great deals for branded stuff.
3 star because it's just a chain of stores. Nothing special but nothing bad.

A good shop. Staff are often unapproachable and queues forms very quickly. Do the prepared for a quick shop.

2people on the floor and 3 dealing with a refund. 3!.at least put self service tills. Incompetent is an understatement
