Very bad experience from click and collect. Wait long time and items missing. Staff not friendly and not effective.

Good Price and variety of stuff available. Convenient location too. However too crowded during peak hours. Suggest to have self-pay tills

Large store, offering huge range of homeware products at budget prices

My Saturday was completely ruined by waiting in the queue for over 20 minutes. The staff are rude especially the guy who served me. From his attitude I gathered that he works in the back and was called out to the front of the shop to serve customers who were waiting impatiently for a long time. When I got to the till there was no acknowledgement of hello or thank you for waiting. At the end of the transaction, the card machine was not working and I had to empty my shopping onto the basket once again. Okay I stayed calm but when he turned to say that I am having a bad day I was starting to get frustrated with his attitude. Totally rude , For your understanding Lisa Wilkinson I was having a perfectly good day until I stepped into your shop. You need to better train your staff and provide the store with more staff. From today's experience I can tell you that this is not the first time customers have walked away leaving their goods behind after seeing the long queues and poorly trained staff who are totally oblivion to the needs of a customer.

Good customer service and an excellent range of products

No problem with goods, always more than satisfactory however I feel that the customer service leaves something to be desired.

Big store that has a wide variety of products. It's let down by unhelpful staff who don't seem very interested in customer care and are more interested in chatting amongst themselves unfortunately.
