The only shop like it in Belper, shame Woolworth went all those yrs ago

I use belper wilko store for most things. if I can't find it the staff will .I can't think of a time when I Avent needed help in the staor for one thing or another. and the staff have been there strate awy. if it's not helping me finding things it's helping me packing my shopping into bags. and whith me knot Bing very good on my feet. then it's offerring to fetch my bags from my mobility scooter. Which I always forget .thave all helpt me one way or another. Thay help me when I'm straddling with my mony .and times when I can't conserntrate . Thay tell me to take my time and not to worry . There kind nacher and very natural nacher even weres of on to some of the custoers that are waiting in the quwes . I yous most store in belper and are also kind .but I think the wilko store are the best over all . And I thank them so very dearly .Sean Philip carter.

All the reviews that say the staff are terrible are just people who are unhappy themselves. I have used this store for the past 10 years and the staff are lovely, helpful, kind and cheerful.

Terrible shop for tooling goods, everything in that genre is cheap and nasty, I regularly am never able to get tools I require. I wish they had a bigger range than they do. To compete with online shopping they are going to have to realise this or they will be another sad case of "the shop that used to be there". I dislike one major thing about the store, it is this.......I can go into the shop and ask one of the staff if they have a particular product. Some of the answers I have had are...."I don't think so"? They didn't even check! (when I was asking if they stocked a product!)
Also, only one staff member (the manager) has tried (and suceeded) to order something for me that they didn't have in store. This is down to the ignorance of the general staff populous at this store.
Overall the shop need a good look forward to seeing what people want, I am stopping shopping there after today's shambles. They need an overhaul. A larger more diverse product range. Perhaps an extension of the shop like Iceland.
