Willesden County Court

27.11.17 I have been trying to contact them by phone: most times it is answered with just email addresses then I was answered with options, but then it goes into email addresses and wouldn't accept my option 1, extraordinary! they have also not replied to my emails.
I had to phone the county court business centre to have help on what to do. they gave me the court date that my case will be heard, I have, to date not received this info from Willesden court and they also advised me to make a complaint.. so although reviews are helpful, maybe we
should all write to the court or Judge Rinder??? !!
I give NO STARS, but had to as it would post this message, disgraceful situation to be in, I'm so stressed out as there has been a mistake made and I'm trying to correct it... !! I guess they don't read their reviews!! so disappointed... good luck all

It is the worst place in world to get any thing done. Then the Mail talk about third world courts. well they have not been to Willesden county court. No one answer the phone or email. these civil servants are a pure excuse for a workers. The local MP should be told about the service tax payers are getting.

I want to give no star but it wouldn't allow me. Some of the judges from this court is extreamely dangerous to the public, innocent people and children. I have been going to this court for the past 5 years and I am LIP. If you are LIP and if your opponent has a barrister and if that barrister is a liar then thats it you have no chance of presenting your case. No one will listen to you. What ever you say will be falling on deaf ears. Some judges don't even read the cases they just believe what the barristers say and then seal the orders without checking them with lots of errors on orders. If you point out their errors then they will use the law as the tool to torture you mentally. Some judges are not prepared to listen to you at all:you write to them before the hearings but it's all waste of time. Sometimes I ask myself which country am I in? they are behaving like a third world country; the judges, barristers and solicitors should be there to protect the innocent people and children but it doesn't work that way does it. In my recent experience some good honest barristers and solicitors when they come to know their client is lying they stop representing them but some nasty barristers they don't care about the truth, they lie and mislead the judges by creating suspicions and divert them. This is not just the barrister's fault it is the judges duty to judge who is telling the truth but it doesn't work that way. They are not prepared to waste their time going through the evidences submitted to them; they are only prepared to listen to hearsay from barristers.

They all want easy lives because they are humans after all and it is easier for them to believe the barristers and the solicitors than spending their time judging who is telling the truth. No body wants to help the innocent people unless they are affected in their own lives. It's all about money.

Some really good caring helpful judges are working in this county court however their reputation is affected by some very bad selfish judges and young inexperience barristers. I agree with other people; yes this court should shut down. If you are not a strong person they will mislead you, force you, harass you to agree to decisions that you will regreat later in life. I have been suffering from legal abuse syndrome because of this court. Every one tells you to get legal advise;how can you get legal advise knowing the whole system is corrupted and is all money focused.

Law is a joke; one law says child's welfare (women and children first) is important and when you provide the best for your child working hard then there is another Law that says a man's welfare is important than the child's this is how the barristers play the LAW (in my case this is what is happening). Instead of encouraging the opponent to get a job and be responsible they encourage this opponent to play the LAW.

Also one judge grants you injunction order (indefinite) because this person is thought to be dangerous;then after 5 years another judge removes this injunction order because of this barrister misleading this judge; not only removing the injunction order also giving permission to change the locks for my own home (where I am the owner/occupier and the bill payer) and also giving a spare key to this opponent. This is how the LAW works; No common sense applied. I thought the LAW is there to protect you but not in my case.

I thought the courts are regulated by independent regulatory body but it doesn't look that way. The independent regulatory body should read the reviews posted by the people about this court who attended to this court and affected by this court. They are playing with hard working peoples life. I read lots of reviews about this court not answering the phones;because they don't want you to come to this court with your problems.

I have more to say about this court however the space is limited.

Managed to lose my documents to set judgment aside, rule in default as a result and then refuse to help sort the problem out, despite being shown evidence that I had sent everything to them!
They don't answer the phone, and even when they finally do, provide no real assistance with your query.

HOW ON EARTH CAN THIS SERVICE REMAIN SO DREADFUL WITH NO ONE TACKLING THE PROBLEM. EVERYONE SAYS THE SAME THAT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, LETTERS OR EMAILS AND TEN MONTHS LATER AND HUNDREDS OF CALLS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR A HEARING DATE. THE DEFENDANT MUST BE LAUGHING. IT SEEMS INCREDIBLE THAT THE COMPLAINTS SPAN YEARS AND ARE ONGOING

You have to be kidding me, how is anyone suppose to get on with their life when this place is run as badly as it it, I now have to go to another cours across london because i cannot get hold of this one...

Tried emailing, calling for over 5 days and even dropped at the centre twice to speak to someone and nothing! the front desk staff have no clue what is going on! They advised I write a letter! Whatever you do, do no choose this court to handle your case utterly useless and no respect for people's time. The 1 start was given just so i can post this, they do not deserve it.

This court is a joke. don't deserve even one star.... Tried to ring for days and nobody answer the phone... they are useless....Supposed to be a Great Britain It's worse than third world country....

This place is harsh if your a LIP & ur opponent has lawyers. The Judges have made a good free book called A Handbook for LIP which helps explain a lot of things in this court.

It should be no starts because there is no service, but I can't post ubless I give at least one.
I phoned as advised by .gov.uk website and was told my query (a copy of divorce certificate could not be dealt with by phone. I then emailed as instructed during the phone call and received an automated reply saying the matter could not be dealt with by email. I then phoned the number for counter appointments and was told I need an appointment but I need to phone the general enquiries to get one. This was the number I had origanlly phoned so I am now back at stage one and they are not even answering the phone this time around. Appalling service, leaving in despair where to go now.

I had the misfortune of being a respondent in a family law case for over 10yrs at this location. Apart from the drowning experience I must say it was not a spring out of bed notion with the daunting thought of attending this archaic establishment , building , staff, attitude towards people. The local demographics are clearly a prominent feature with the melancholy cultural traits inclusive. Not meaning to generalise, please refer to government research. A clear class division but ignored by the staff because they feel they sit on the same side of the fence as the establishment. The whole building including the plants in the pots, system of hierarchical non-sense prehistoric language and terminology purposefully ambiguous. Let us not forget this is a government run institution in a run down area dealing with what some would deem petty issues and its no wonder it does not get a larger slice of the cake, I bet not a favorite with the circuit judges.

Useless. It's an absolute disgrace that this court is getting away with being run so poorly. They falsely satisfied a CCJ rather than setting it aside which has caused me endless credit problems. They are impossible to get through to on the phone. Haven't answered 5 emails over 3 months and when following their complaints procedure they still don't reply.

I wouldn't even given this place 1 star. I am currently on the phone waiting for an answer and its been ringing for 10 minutes. I can safely say I'll be waiting for another 10. Obviously Im calling for a reason, not to have a chit chat.
