Why register a Will at Willfinda? Or do you want to find a Will?
When someone is writing a Will or making a Living Will the next question is where to keep it?
Many people these days make a Will online which means their Will is not kept at a local solicitor’s firm, where a Will would commonly be kept in previous times.
How will your loved ones know where to look for your Will after your death? Would you want all your worldly goods to end up as one of the significant number of unclaimed estates each year? Could your Will be misplaced, lost or destroyed (by accident or otherwise)? This would be a disaster as your wishes such as if you want to be buried or cremated (directions are normally set out in a Will ) and who is to inherit from your Estate be it family, friends or charities or whatever are unlikely to be carried out.
