the BEST!!’┐Į went today for sunday roast and honestly couldn't fault it! amazing staff, lovely atmosphere, great food and fabulous cocktails!!!’┐Į

Went as a group of 6 of us for bottomless brunch. Lovely food, dull English was not greasy and very tasty. Great atmosphere. Cocktails were yummy. Polite service throughout. Thank you!

Well, this was a lovely find. The 3 of us ordered a mixed platter instead of individual starters and this would have been enough if we had just been peckish. Lovely selection of cheeses and meats with artichokes, olives and roasted red peppers. ┬Ż12.50. Reasonable drink prices including ┬Ż5 martinis made with pineapple and cranberry bitters. ┬Ż18.50 for a bottle of quaffable Malbec.



2 of us had the sea bass (┬Ż13) set on a bed of potato, shaved fennel, tender stem broccoli and put lentils. Good sized portion. I had the flat iron steak with bearnaise (┬Ż17.50 8oz) and it was fine. On reflection I would have chosen something more unique to the menu. Great veg options available.



Service was really good. Friendly staff in a hectic environment. Atmosphere was very warm and welcoming without any pretension. Anybody put off by this venue's previous guise as the Mulberry should think again. It is a better venue on absolutely every front. As a pub, I think I will make this my new local...it ticks every box for casual drinking, food for all times of the day and a nicely reimagined use of the outdoor area.

Such a fab place that we end up spending many nights there ’┐Į Delicious food from the specials board, good selection of wines and the best Negroni in Norwich. Staff is friendly and helpful and especially Roberto is a star, gotta love a bit of Italian charm!

New favourite place. Excellent all round - good beers, great food, good people.

Had brunch here today which was absolutely delicious... was my friends birthday couldnŌĆÖt fault the food the service and atmosphere.... would definitely return big thumbs up from the girls x

Got together with some friends for the bottomless brunch on Sunday, the food was gorgeous with a good range to choose from. The service was great, Joe & Ann proactively organised drinks when running low and made us feel very welcome

First visit to this bar which has a really good vibe about it. Great selection of cocktails at a reasonable price. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Will definitely return and try the food next time. ­¤ŹĖ­¤ŹĖ­¤ŹĖ

First time I have been here since it changed to William and Florence. Met some friends there for drinks. I decided to eat as I be not had any dinner. I ordered the macaroni cheese. It didn't take long to come and it was absolutely delicious and piping hot. Served with a bit of rocket on the side. Then had coffee. Really enjoyed all my food and drink. The interior of the place looks lovely, you could see some money has been spent doing it up. All in all am very impressed and will definitely go back.

An excellent experience at William and Florence. The mixed grazing board was delicious (great value for money too) and the staff were so relaxed and friendly. Not everywhere is so accommodating to a (well behaved) 23 month old but they really were. I shall certainly be going back.

Our little boy loved every minute with Roberto he kept him entertained and went beyond his call of duty. All the staff where laughing making it a fab atmosphere would recommend even just for a drink!

Absolutely fantastic place! We visited a few times for drinks, today we tried the food... the most AMAZING breakfast! Lovely setting, great friendly staff, yummy food and drinks! We canŌĆÖt wait to come back! Thank you!

The young lad serving was so helpful and accommodating, particularly when we asked to move tables as there was a noisy group of students right next to us. He let us move to a reserved table and changed the tables around. He was friendly and polite and I have to say it is a pleasure to be served by such a pleasant young man. The food was lovely, particularly the vegan sharing platter, and although it was a Tuesday night, there was a steady flow of people from drinkers to coffee drinkers to diners of all ages, a really friendly place that I would definitely return to.

If I could give it a 0 I would! Had a cooked breakfast and I asked for some more butter when she brought me my food as it only had a dolop in middle and she went off and served and got other people's orders before bringing me the butter so my burnt toast was then cold! Toast was burnt and so was the sausage, the bacon was stuck together (3slices on top of each other cooked in oven and couldn't be separated) and had gunky white stuff on, the mushroom was swimming in fat and tasted vile. Going by the exterior and interior design and the price (┬Ż8.50) of the mess they served me I was highly disappointed and will not be going there again!!

Have to say we had the worst Sunday lunch, grey beef that was obviously reheated in the gravy, tasteless veg, will not be going back.
