Good morning and it’s our last good morning for a few weeks!
Just a quick reminder school finishes at normal time today.
Please remember today is William Ford's last breakfast club and this will not be continuing in September. Please ensure that you make alternative arrangements for the new academic year.

Huge thanks to Cook and her fabulous team who have worked hard to provide the children with fresh and healthy meals daily and all of the amazing specials that they have created.
To all the staff at WF... Another school year over! We’d like to thank each of you for all your hard work everyday and making it another fantastic year! Please enjoy your holiday, recharge your batteries and see you in September!

We would love to hear feedback from our year 6 parents about the disco!

Please note.
We have an increasing amount of school dinner debts which need to be paid today.
Your parent pay account’s need be in credit.
... If you pay online before 11am the account will be credited immediately. If you pay in a shop it can take up to 72 hours and we would need the receipt to show proof of payment.
We have a special end of term lunch today so please insure your child’s account is credited so they are guaranteed a hot lunch.
Again we will pass on all lunch debts to our family support team.

Tonight is the year 6 disco!!! If your child has not yet purchased a ticket last chance is at break time today Please make sure you have consented to them attending on the parent mail or paper form

Tickets for the year 6 disco are on sale in the school hall every day during break times. Please note that consent must be given via the parent mail form sent last week to year 6 parents before we are able to allow your child to purchase their ticket. Entry to the disco is by ticket only and tickets will be on sale until Monday 22nd July 2019 to allow us time to print and distribute the tickets. Tickets will not be on sale on day of the disco.

Dear Parents/Carers,
From the beginning of next term, we will no longer be able to offer the breakfast club that has been in place in the William Ford school hall for the last year. This is for a combination of financial and staffing reasons. Please note that this has nothing to do with the Sun and Moon provision in the sports hall which will carry on as usual.
I hope that our breakfast club has been useful for those of you whose children have been using it, but from Septembe...r it will be necessary for you to make alternative arrangements. Please remember that school opens its gates at 8:50 a.m. and that children should not be left unattended on or near our premises before this time.

Dear Parents/Carers, We have heard from Belchamps - the children have had a great time and have especially enjoyed all the activities, including the campfire with hot chocolate ! They are due to leave at 2:00 p.m. and should be back to school before the end of the school day, traffic permitting.

Year 6 have enjoyed a sing song around the camp fire and a nice hot chocolate. They are having a great time. Now time to rest and ready for another busy day tomorrow!
