Williams Cycles (Permanently Closed)

Poor new management. Rude and unprofessional

Excellent service and very reasonable. Took my sons mountain bike in for its first service, despite being several years old. Was serviced and ready next day.

I paid £200 for a bike and within 1 month I have had over 5 problems with it. Waste of money and time

I've always loved cycling but not so much the maintenance side of things! I have a boardman air elite which is awesome but after 12 months riding the front derailer was starting to rub when going through gears so I decided to 'fix' this myself!

I made a compete mess to the extent that the derailer would not move. I spent 3 days trying to fix it which meant missing riding time and so I decided to contact Williams cycles. I explained the issue and went through options with father and son, I decided to go for the silver service at £50 which I found very reasonable for the work that was done.

When collecting my bike it looked like new, the rear cassette looked like the day I picked it up from the shop and most importantly the gears are now perfect after my handy work!

Couldn't recommend them enough, thank you age I will see you again.
