Happy birthday!!! I have a day planned for her which involves. Mainly Walking, eating cake, sitting in the sun, eating more cake and maybe if time allows a swim in the sea at bude along with, have I mentioned yet eating cake 🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰 😋😂😂

Some interesting information about Osteoporosis from the Institute of Osteopathy. Its always worth keeping your calcium and vitamin D levels up and maintaining low impact exercise to help maintain your bone density 😀

My first treatment today. Jo is brilliant, first class knowledge and friendly. My treatment was applied with such skill. Definitely worthy of 5 stars

Made the whole experience relaxing in a lovely environment and made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained what my problem was and the treatment was done with expertise and politeness.

Jo is excellent. Very friendly & professional. She explains every adjustment & why she is doing it. My body is feeling much better. Jo has also given me stetches to do in between sessions so I can support myself. Highly recommended.

I've had a few treatments with Jo now and I can thoroughly recommend her. As a carpenter by trade I have lots of neck and back niggles, which she always manages to sort out for me with a few clicks, some soft tissue and acupuncture. Really handy to have home visit Osteopathic treatment when I need it

Having had a number of sessions with Jo , I totally relax and having each aspect of my treatment explained is really reassuring and to treat and care for me in a holistic way is lovely. Jo is very easy to open up to and her skill is amazing. To have someone like Jo in my corner is so uplifting as I am a bit of a jigsaw when it comes to widespread pain and a challenge.
