Willow Energy has been working in partnership with Iggesund on the SRC Willow biomass project from early on in its development. We could see the huge potential this new cash crop would bring to local farmers and land owners. As it could bring a much needed alternative income stream to a hard pressed industry. With this in mind we set about developing machinery that could cope with this crop and the varied conditions and land types that it would be grown on in the UK. Over time we have development and acquired all specialist machinery and skills required to maximise the crops yield potential. Which then in turn increases the growers income. Willow Energy have all the equipment and skilled operates need to plant, maintain and harvest SRC Willow in the UK. We are a forward looking company that is always looking at ways to improve systems to make SRC willow as profitable and sustainable as possible well into the future.
