Willow Farm Table Table

We went on the 25 November today we booked a table for 9 ,we was shown

to our table it was near the window, but my dad was cold no heating on ,he was not the only one his brother and his wife was cold to ,it should have be on it was cold in there ,we went to surprise my dad. ,90 th birthday . there where 9 of us we all enjoy our meals ,had lots of drinks , and he got a surprise birthday cake , he enjoy he self , A great place to go great staff and great meals ,,

We like eating at the willows. Eat there on Tuesday, hubby wanted beef stew but didn’t have dumplings offered garlic bread or just bread. You can’t have beef stew with nooo dumplings. Than these workman come in with there dirty clothes on, wasn’t impressed. I know everyone has to eat and they possibably were staying there as well, but unless they make the bar area for workers, otherwise should be casual dress code. After that little moan I still like eating there. Did spk to the chap on the door who was very pleasant and understanding 👍

Thank you Nicola for letting us have our tables tonight even though there was so many of us. We had 18 people seated in two tables of 9. It worked out absolutely fine and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Thanks to our waitress for our patience. Only comment was no carrots on Xmas dinner and Yorkshire pudding doesn't normally go with Turkey. Thanks also for helping with the allergen menu due to me being Coeliac. A great night had by all.

Had a perfect afternoon here today with my friend Melanie, Superb Staff, Food Amazing & Liquor Coffee to die for!!!! Cosmina, our Waitress was Friendly, Wonderfully Patience with us, Helpful & just a delight to be served by!!! We will definitely be back, Thank You Table Table!!! Xx

Can’t fault it - I met my friend for lunch and we both had the salmon salad. Lovely waitress who was there when we needed her but left us to have a good natter without rushing us. Lovely seat by the window on a nice sunny day

Visited Willow Farm with friends on the 11th December, shown to our table and waitress took out drinks order , she returned with our drinks and took our food order must say can't complain the food was very nice and our waitress was very pleasant.

Very nice friendly staff a little slow with service food was good quality my grandson approved hes a chef the waitress Ellie S was superb have to ssy though it was very busy will gi thete again

Great service from all staff especially the young man who was greeting us in and then serving behind the bar , helped us with the wine list offering tasters , he so was so funny , a real great guy !! ( he had tall floppy hair )

Eat here when I visit a local friend. Have been doing so for several years now. Really enjoy breakfast. Seams to be alot of negative posts.

Not been here for a while but seemed to have gone down since my last visit coffee was cold when asked if there was any fresh was told I could have one from the machine but would cost extra service was very good though just needs to go back to how it use to be

Nice venue but staff didnt clear our table of glasses and bottles for 3 and half hours (5 of us drinking so you can imagine) one refused to as it wasnt his job and bit disappointed as the bar closed no first bell for ladt orders just a sharp ding 'bars shut!' Lied to us that he did call the last bell 25 min before we must of all be deaf

Have been there many times , but was really busy on a Saturday, had run out of most food we wanted , and was told it was due to a menu change? sevice was not as good a normal but they did apologise, food ok was a bit pricey £80.00 for 4 people no starters on 2 acohlic drinks , will go again as a couple, and when not so busy .

Had my dad's 81st birthday there and was very disappointed ... 11 adults and spent £345 but wasn't worth it. Our two Chicken and shiritzo starters were cold they were sent back for a replacement. Presentation of the calamari and garlic mushrooms was poor, not any garnish or anything. From getting there to having our main mean was 1 1/2 wait, which meant we had another drink, maybe that was their plan. Overall the food wasn't good but the staff were very nice. Won't be rushing back!

Waited 50 mins for food. Ordered chicken mozzarella and pesto parcel with buttered potatoes and side salad. I got vegetarian parcel with scattered rocket over the top, no potatoes. When I queried this they said they would bring out the potatoes immediately. They didn’t. Ate the vegetarian option as I was starving and it was going cold. Let’s not mention the toilets. Clearly not been attended to for several hours.

Very disappointed both me and my partner opted for the fish but there wasn't any! So my partner had steak and I had the ribs and paprika chicken, the chicken was very dry but the rest ok. Apart from my partner asking for brown sauce and told they had none. But they did have it in the morning when we went for breakfast?? We also both opted for the treacle tart which was also sold out so we had the toffee apple crumble which was basically just crumble. We was also sat under a vent which was blowing cold air on us. The waitress was pleasant but all in all it wasn't an enjoyable night.

Last 2 times we've been there the food hasn't been great but the prices seemed to have shot up!. Will leave it for a while I think until it improves again.

The food was bloody awful. Last time I was here I had a mixed grill and it was more like mixed gristle. Tonight I had a prawn cocktail which was okay but then I had a double steak burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was lukewarm and tough - and that was just the bun, the burger was worse. The sweet potato fries were over cooked and hard as well. It’s a business stopover so I won’t be having myself or any of my staff back here again . I know it’s pub chain food but a McDonald’s would have been better. I ate what I could after a six hour drive. I was asked if everything was okay!! I feel sorry for the staff serving this rubbish from the kitchen.

Place was really cold , food was frozen chips and burger slung on a plate no garnish etc and a salad for £8 which was a bag of lettuce leaves two prawn with some dressing slung over it
