What a lovely , experienced and professional team to deal with. We picked up our new caravan yesterday and it was a delight to have such a good handover with nothing being too much trouble. We travelled from Yorkshire as we had met them at the NEC show and we couldn't of been happier.

We were on our annual holiday in France and had a water pump failure on our van . We contacted Wiltshire caravans whose engineers went out of their way, to talk us through various fault finding options. Unfortunately we were unable to resolve the issue, and the spare part didn't reach us (foiled by the French postal system). However on our return they couldn't have been more helpful. Quickly identifying and rectifying the problem. Thank you so much Mark and your team for your excellent customer service.

We were lucky enough to have met James at the NEC who sold us our first ever caravan! Not only did he give us an amazing service, he had great knowledge and advice to help us with what we needed.. He actually changed our life! Already..we've created amazing family memories in our AMAZING new caravan! He set us up with everything we needed so being first time caravaners was stress free and enjoyable. Thank you James!! We look forward to coming back in a few years so you can sell us another brand new one that we don't know we want yet! �����

We recently purchased a Buccaneer caravan from James at Wiltshire caravans, which involved a part exchange of our existing van. The whole process was explained to us and there were no nasty surprises on the day. The handover was as detailed as I wanted it to be and lasted as long as I needed. We recently bought a caravan from these guys. We can't thank the team enough, it's a brilliant van and were so happy.

The advice and service is excellent. The shop is packed with everything you need. We purchased the Vango pop up awning and I have to say it's very very good and I can erect this on my own in 10 mins. The motor mover I had fitted is brilliant, lazy I know but it saves time and can save your marriage lol. Thanks guys see you soon

We bought a new caravan from Wiltshire caravans in February. What a great experience ! They put us up in a caravan park to make sure everything on the van was ok and also gave us a bottle of wine for our night there. We have called them twice for some help and advice and was dealt with politely and with patience. For good deals and excellent service you need look no further.

Picked up our new caravan on the 7th April, excellent service, a great handover, all the details of the caravan explained, with a nice cup of coffee in hand. Well done to James, Mark and the team, special mention to Simon.
