Wimbledon Magistrates' Court

Court was rude in handling requests for information. Failed to provide me with information to which I was legally entitled and did not know their responsibilities.

On attending trial as a witness failed to provide me information about when court was in session preventing me from obtaining information about the case by having a friend attend incommunicato with me.

One brown star, thankfully still intact.

Small court and very efficient team

Visited the court week commencing 21 March 2016, giving evidence.
Impressed by the helpful and friendly witness service staff, the other court officials informal and efficient.
Security was reassuringly tight and the staff kept busy, scanning incomers and searching bags whilst letting people in to the court kept them busy.
However, they were patient and polite., could not fault.
Some of the courts noisier than others with rail noise, and inevitably , a highly emotionally charged experience for probably most of the visitors.
In all, very professionally managed , could not fault the experience
