How to use edible flowers on cakes and in cocktails http://stum.pe/we6

We're so excited that we have a delivery of Satin Ice Gum Paste arriving this week in to the shop!
Gum paste is much denser and more elastic than fondant and it can be rolled out super thin for sugar flowers and other decorations. The paste drys hard and maintains its structure and shape.
This will be available in 1kg pails and can be coloured easily using gel colours.
