Very good service from Ben. Had a problem with the car 3 months in but the fault was soon found Ben took on sorting the warrenty and costs a few days later my car was back on the road being 9 months pregnant at the time this was great. Would highly recommend these guys with a great after service.

I purchased a low mileage ex-lease vehicle from WVL in April 2017. They paid me a fair price for my part ex (spot on the glasses-guide figure) and were very pleasant to deal with, relaxed and no pushy sales tactics. I had a couple of niggles with the car in the 2-3 months following purchase for faults which were not obviously apparent at time of purchase; WVL have reimbursed me for the money spent on fixing these - no quibble.

I have been with WVL for over 15 years and am on my 5th car with them. Firstly, I find them competitive, I live in Scotland and have approached many others during this time and always find a competitive price. I also find their service is very personal and understanding, they listen to what I want/need. The team are very approachable and helpful. Could be with them for a long time yet??

Great service all round! So refreshing to feel that your business is welcome and not expected. It's usually when you have an issue that you can tell the true value of customer service and that you are not just a clog in a giant wheel. WVL exceeded my expectations when I needed them.

We have worked with WVL for a number of years now, and always found them to be reliable, friendly and service efficient. The team at WVL genuinely care for their clients, both new and old and have always been able to solve any problem that has arisen. I would recommend using WVL for a number of reasons but the main one being peace of mind.

I recently was stopped by a traffic PC who could not find the car leased on the MID - he basically did not know how to use a computer.
Alan was very helpful and sent all the documents required to release the car to the compound and followed up with me at every stage -fault due to the traffic police - and if WVL were not prompt to respond I would be without a car for a few more days.
