Fantastic customer service! I bought a Silent Pool gift set - and when I got home realised the bottle of Gin was empty (as was last one they had and ex-display and had swapped out real bottle) - I called them immediately and they were already waiting for me to call - they promptly delivered a replacement bottle to my home (within 20 mins) and gave me an extra gift as an apology - if only all customer service was like this - thanks so much!
