Robert Oatley Signature Series Sauvignon Blanc from Margaret River is a new wine on our shelf. I am not surprised It has been awarded 93 points from James Halliday. Its elegant, refreshing and bursting with lime, passion fruit along with lemony, herby grassy notes. Absolutely beautiful.

Wide and well chosen selection of wine with markups that every other business in town must find infuriatingly low. Great spirits selection and icing on the cake, they sell Jever Pils, the driest, liveliest lager ever to obey the Reinheitsgebot.
Well informed and friendly staff too who never try to ruin the occasion by upselling.

What an amazing afternoon at the fizz tasting. Had a great time and tasted some of the finest fizz. Real value for money and staff very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone. Must try the gin one next

Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon, gin tasting !! Tasted 6 different gins, experiencing different tastes for each depending on what flavours were added. Good fun, met some lovely people and had opportunity to try new gins that would never normally have known existed with full explanation of the history of each from friendly and informative staff. In addition to attending the gin tasting, will definitely be back to try out the hundreds of other drinks they have to offer in what is a relaxing informal atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Great place, choose your wine off the shelf pay for it with a small corkage fee £1-£2 and enjoy it in lovely surroundings. Also very extensive gin selection and reasonable prices.

Came across this lovely wine bar has every drink imaginable from all across the world, the staff were outstanding and so friendly, definitely will be back on our next little trip to Birkdale, I was like a child in a sweet shop
Brilliant experience excellent service and quality of the gin we were tasting and the knowledge of the staff was unbelievable I would highly recommend you buy your wine from or enjoy a tasting night in this establishment
