Wing Ebikes

Battery didn't last 6 months of use which is really poor because my first electric bike from a PROPER retailer lasted 4 yrs my advice spend a bit extra and get allot more from anywhere else

I bought a wings e bike at the end of last year and also a spare battery.
The owner was most helpful, delivered the bike to Norfolk and I have had no problems with the bike.
Just lots of fun!

a couple of years back I bought a snarling dog pedal which was faulty, I did not know this at the time of purchase, they absolutely refused to refund me even though I returned it after only a day or two, was told "this is not asda you know!" by an old man who was more interested in eating his fish and chips than the customers in his shop! I took this case to the small claims which was a breeze I got a full refund but after all of this hassle I will NEVER shop there again!

the staff are no help at all, the guitars are all scratched and everything is messy/dusty, the guitars all have old strings on so if a guitar is purchased string wont last.

however if you haggle you can get a half descent bundle for a good price.

i agree with the first persons comment, i did not feel welcome and i feel its all about your first opinion of someone, if you walked into a hotel and got told to find your room yourself...... you wouldnt be happy !! along the same lines of this is how i felt in the shop!!

The person writing the comment before this is completely wrong. These are brilliant people, they help so much, everything I needed they had, and told me how to use it and what it did. I even took my clarinet there to get fixed, and it was done with in an hour. The person before this comment obviously wasn't welcome in the shop, maybe he should change his attitude... The reason he could not say anything about the guitar was because he doesn't know a lot about them, the guitar expert who works their, would of been able to tell you everything. He is a woodwind and brass teacher, not a guitar expert.
