This shop is tucked away in a residential area but worth seeking out, it has a huge range of bikes at all price points and knowledgeable staff. I had a wheel serviced and they solved an annoying creak in my bottom bracket solved at a fair price without chucking a load of new parts at the problem.

Purchased 2 bikes this weekend and found the experience very easy.

Declan was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining the bike's and finding the best make and model for my wife and I to meet our requirements.

Don't let the area put you off this is pretty much the best bike shop in Basingstoke and supported by the best staff I've met in any store for a long, long time!!

Tried to visit today to purchase a bike and found them closed, having checked their website before leaving which didn't mention they were closed today, there was a hand written note on the shutter that looked like it was written by a four year old though saying they were shut. The area is a hell hole, noticed a syringe in the car park, and two separate blokes with pit bulls, I wouldn't advise coming to the area let a lone the shop. Don't get mugged, raped, or murdered, find a shop in a different area!
