This post is a reminder of our refund policy.
If our clients are unhappy with a service we've provided, we will offer to repair/fix. We do not offer refunds before we have tried to rectify the issue. We want our clients to be happy with our service, therefore we will offer to repair so our clients can feel confident in our work.
... We will not refund on someone's request/say so. Our time and products have been used, so unless there is a problem that we cannot rectify, a fix will be offered. Or better still, tell us of an issue before you leave our salon, so we can make right.
Can we request that if you do not wish to adhere to our policy, then please do not book with us. We hate disappointing, and wish not to be put in that situation.
