I had my TAG carrera serviced by them less than a year ago, the watch would always run slow, and now it has stop working completely.
They also put the strap on backwards which was very odd, really unhappy, considering I paid over £300 for the service.
I’m now going to have to fork out another £300 to get it serviced by Watches of Switzerland.

I purchased a watch here, I was served by Hannah, she was amazing , not forceful and really knowledgable. I would 100% shop here again to purchase another watch. I would love for my comments to be passed on directly to her at the Norwich branch. If you are looking to purchase a fine watch and you would like some brilliant advice and service, then look no further.

Staff seem to think they are something special never again will I be giving you my custom.

Not to mention how they ripped me off on a watch repair.

Made a special visit to the city centre to buy a nice watch as a gift for someone. Two gentlemen blocking the door, very thuggish and unsmiling, took no interest in me interrupting their conversation. Annoyed me, I hate rudeness, so I left them chatting, and now I have to find another jeweller who sells Rolex in Norwich. Very disappointing.
