Winterton Dunes Beach Cafe

Lovely seaside cafe. We often see seals swimming off the beach here, and kids love the sand, waves and dunes.

This is a pretty nice beach cafe. It's warm inside and the food is hearty and not excessively expensive. The coffees are from fully automated espresso machines, so don't expect greatness on that front. The place was pretty busy when we visited.

I ordered sausage rolls and they tasted like they was cooked in used engine oil, although the sea gales loved them, next time I will bring a packed lunch 😠

Super friendly café, with lovely food serving until 3pm (sept) & open until 5pm for gorgeous cakes, and tea & coffee. They served up a superb decaffeinated latte for my partner. Portion sizes are good, and the breakfasts are great. They are also dog-friendly, with adequate outside eating areas with fresh water provided, and a mini doggy beach hut. All this, and stunning beach & sea views. Highly recommended.

Food served till 3pm only with no exceptions. Service average at best. Otherwise ok.

If you're anywhere on the East Coast near Great Yarmouth and on your way to Cromer, just stop off here for a cuppa and a view. The best place to stop on this stretch of the beach. Could do with gluten and dairy free options combined.

Great food and drinks, easy parking (£1/hr not owned by cafe), superb views of beach, coast and of the dunes below hermanus holiday village. Easy access to walk on dunes or the beach and not forgetting- its super dog friendly, dogs galore- even 4 small huts with tables n chairs in if the weathers bad for doggy people (no dogs inside cafe) plus over head covers on the front and side.

Well worth a visit. Visited last Saturday and Sunday, very busy but excellent meals and cakes. Lovely idea of little huts outside for dog owners or not, to sit in out of the wind or rain. Will definitely recommend and visit again when next there.
