After stepping back last season long serving club secretary Mark Fowler has now decided to call it a day all together
. Mark will be leaving the club after Eight years in the post as football secretary and almost twenty two years of total involvement in one form another at West Street. ... The Rangers board and management have thanked Mark for his time at the club and wish him all the best for the future. The club would welcome anyone with experience but if not full training can be given to the right applicant. The role, as with all the others at the club, is on a voluntary basis.
