Wirral Angling Association Description

The Wirral Angling Association is the oldest club on Wirral, with records going back to Victorian times. There is a reason a club thrives for 100 + year, great waters, friendly people, fun matches and all round quality course fishing.

Our waters are 5 idyllic farm ponds between Clatterbridge and Willaston providing relaxing fishing throughout the year.

The club is active with 60 adult members, plus additional concession members and a youth section (which is seen as important for the club’s future). The limited number of members ensure people can get to know each other and enjoy a more sociable time.

Added to the general course angling we have progressive match section, with matches held on both club waters and premium commercials within the region.

We are currently accepting application forms for the 2016 /17 season, please contact wirralaa@talktalk.net for more details
