After having started this kit in Oct 2018 we decided it was time to get this kit finished and out there.
Our ST225 V3 Induction kit is now available to purchase.
This Induction kit is fabricated from 3” (76mm) diameter stainless steel and uses 45 degree bends to keep airflow optimal and linear over the MAF sensor. ... V3 does away with the ugly black plastic MAF housing and houses the sensor around the back of the pipe where it’s less visible. The result is a much cleaner look to the pipework. We have fabricated the pipework so it reaches much closer to the turbo which means less silicone hose deformation and therefore less restrictions. Every kit is TIG purge welded to make sure all joints are clean, strong and again less restrictive. The kit shown in this post has our weld burn finish which is our standard finish. We are able to offer mirror polished or powder coated finish for an additional fee. Due to moving the MAF sensor the kit requires an extension cable which will be supplied with the kit. All kits will also be supplied with a 45 degree silicone hose and clamps for the turbo end. In a kit you receive the following: - V3 induction pipe in your choice of finish - Turbo to crossover silicone hose and clamps - MAF extension cable - Fixing screw and spring washer - Fitting instructions
We can also supply air filters, ECU holders, cold air shrouds, RS vac pipe kits, Cold air feed kits, and more should you require.
The kit is £280 in weld burn finish and polished or powder coated finish is an additional £40.

A few jobs from the last 1-2 weeks.
- One of our IFS units. This unit is for a Ford Pop and has our polished stainless suspension arms with Yellow Urethane bushes. These units are built to suit your specific vehicle so please get in touch if you would like more info.
... - Aluminium fuel tank (13.7 gals) for the Zodiac in our workshop. Will be mounted once the fittings arrive.
- A Mini in for some rott repairs and a seat frame made to suit the racing seat.
- A friends fishing trolley that we fitted a motorised axle to and some cracks in the frame welded and braced.
- Suspension arms that came in for us to identify/supply new ball joints and freshen the arms up. We have cleaned the threads, media blasted the arms and they are currently being powder coated ready for assembly.
- Focus ST cold air shroud, induction kits, aluminium bonnet catch paddles all fabricated in house.
- The next project has arrived. This Ford Pop will be having several jobs completed whilst with us (body mounted, floors, tubs, bulkhead, engine and trans mounted, steering.......etc). Watch the page for occasional progress pics.

Some of the work that has been done in our workshop over the last few weeks.
- One of our IFS units for a Consul. This unit has our polished stainless suspension arms. - Another one of our IFS units but for a Morris Oxford. This unit also has our polished stainless suspension arms. - Polished stainless suspension arms to match some old items. Unfortunately I didn’t get a pic of the old ones.... - 1947 Ford coupe in for new engine mountings. The old items were not substantial enough and had started cracking. - BMW rear exhaust section modified to take the M4 rear section. Customer is fitting the diffuser. - Polished stainless Panhard Rod copying the pattern supplied. - A pair of 5” polished stainless tail pipes for a Focus ST. - Bronze bushes to replace the worn ones in 55 Chevy hinges. - Fitted a stainless centre silencer on an ST exhaust which also removed someone’s previous nasty patches. - More ST and RS induction kits, ECU holders, etc.
There have also been a few smaller machining and fabrication jobs that I haven’t got photos of.

Some of our latest work.
- Polished stainless exhaust manifolds and system on a Model Y. - Aluminium fuel tank fabricated to replace a leaking and blocked tank. - SB Chevy engine mounts and TH350 trans mount for mail order.... - Another one of our IFS units. This one is for a Chevy 3100 truck that we will have in at some point to fit the IFS on. This unit has stainless steel arms but the customer didn’t want the shiny look so we gave them a full off in our blaster. - Some Jaguar IRS arms and driveshafts narrowed. 1 set had new shock tubes in a different location to original. - A few small jobs for a local Motorbike company. - Mercedes SL500 rear exhaust silencers deleted (sounds awesome) - 3d printed Focus ST MAF housing to take RS MAF sensor. This one was for an order but we are now printing these to sell. - Various Focus ST and RS inductions, ECU holders, Cold air shrouds, trumpets, billet heater hose connectors, etc. (Only a few sample pics). - Mail order bushes, inner sleeves, top hat spacers. - 3D printed outlet bend for our pressure parts cleaner. - 3D printed tool/spares holder for one of our welders.

More work completed over the last couple of weeks.
- One of our Ford Cortina based IFS units for a VW Caddy Pick Up. The customer is fitting a big brake set up later on. - Another one of our Jag based IFS units fitted onto a Ford Pop chassis that we made a couple of weeks ago. Jaguar rear suspension parts to do next. - The 32 Pick Up has had a chassis notch for more suspension travel. Also, repairs to the roof and gutter strips and lower A Pillar repair.... - Focus ST 4” polished stainless exhaust tips. - The Zodiac now has new front suspension top arm mounts to make space for the coilover shocks. The coilover shock mounts were then made and fitted. - More Focus ST and RS induction kits, cold air shrouds, ECU holders, Bonnet catch conversion kits, etc. - The Model Y has come back to us for polished stainless exhaust manifold and stainless exhaust system.

A few pics of some recent jobs.
- AC Cobra replica came in with steering issues. We gave the car a quick check over and found the steering rack pinion had excessive wear and the steering rack was the wrong length, the coilovers were binding on their bracketry and were the wrong type, and a few other smaller issues. We swiftly sorted the issues but unfortunately didn’t take photos.
- One of our Jag based IFS units for a Ford Pop. This unit has our polished stainless suspension... arms. Our IFS unit isn’t vehicle specific and all of our units are CAD designed to suit your specific vehicle and at your specific heights/widths, etc. All units have reconditioned hub assemblies that are cleaned, blasted and etch primed prior to being rebuilt with new bearings, discs, recon calipers, etc. The unit features Aluminium adjustable coilovers and tubular upper and lower suspension arms available in either Mild Steel etch primed or Polsihed Stainless Steel. All units allow for camber, caster and track adjustment so you can dial it in to your car/feel.
- Custom stainless waste gate outlet pipe on a friends Honda.
- New roof panel rolled and fitted to a Fordson along with weld repairs on the sides and side panel/roof support bars fabricated and fitted.
- Mail Order adjustable rod ends, Urethane bushes, inner sleeves, tapered bosses for ball joints and outer sleeves. We have many items available in our shop to assist with your build. Please feel free to contact us with your requirements.
- Focus ST and RS induction pipes and plenum cover. We have lots of options available so you can make your kit specific to your car.
- Stainless replacement motorbike exhaust system. The old system was full of holes and certainly wouldn’t pass an MOT. We are always happy to squeeze in small jobs like these.

A mixed bag of jobs from the last few weeks.
- The Zodiac has a Jag IRS narrowed, cleaned, rebuilt and installed. Also a spare wheel well added from a Lexus boot floor. - The big Hudson Pickup has an Aluminium radiator mounted, polished stainless coolant pipes, Servo mounted and a few other bits and bobs. - Hub assemblies cleaned, blasted, primed and built up ready for another one of our IFS units.... - Replacement 3d printed inlet trumpet for a CAIS. - Pipework adapted and new back box fitted to a Ford Focus. - Twin outlet rear box modified and adapted to fit on the Audi. - ST/RS ECU holders, trumpets, induction pipes (just a couple of pics) - Custom Jag IRS rear diff strap (V8) - Custom ST/RS ECU holder (custom fords)

Some of our latest jobs. - Jaguar IRS tubular cage, polished stainless tubular bottom arms, polished stainless hub carriers, polished stainless top arms, Ali Coilover shocks and all fixings - being sent to Australia. - Jaguar IRS bottom arms and driveshafts narrowed. - Driveshaft narrowed by 1.5” (for a Golf I think). - Polished Stainless Radius Rods for Jaguar IRS.... - Modified a leaky brake reservoir lid to make screw on and cure its weeping (also hot pressure cleaned). - Grinder wall mountings (NOW AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE). I was fed up with grinders taking over our bench. - Keyring stand. Just because I could - lol - Lots and lots more Focus ST and RS ECU holders, ECU brackets, Induction kits and associated parts.

Last few jobs done on the Ford Pop. It is now ready to head home but we will see it back again for exhaust system and maybe a few other small jobs at a later date.
- Missing bonnet catch panels blasted, repaired and fitted to the grill shell. - Rear wings had new flanges, holes infilled, 3” extension, edges repaired and extended to suit, braces extended. - Front wing braces/headlight stays extended and mounted to the chassis.... - Lower repair on the dash. - Steering Column mounted to the bulkhead. Ignore the top column mount as this is temporary while the customer waits for an Ali item sent from USA. - Steering shafts and support made and mounted.
