What more can I say with these guys apart from brilliant . Christine and Luke .. lovely and so helpful in getting the car sorted for me within the day as I travelled far . They make you feel very welcome. I got to look round al the cars and there is so many to choose from. Mark also was very helpful with taking me out for a test drive in the car I wanted and also today to help with a little fault. (Thanks mark!!!) Can’t thank you guys enough for your help . Well what can we say me and my partner travelled from Sheffield to whitnell and it was the best decision we made. Right from the moment we arrived there was a warm welcome and no pressure placed on us we were just invited to browse round the cars in stock of which there is a good variety and when we found the ones we wanted to take a more in-depth look at we was handed the keys and not pestered. After we decided which car we liked we then sat down with a great guy called luke who could not have done enough to help us and explained everything clear and easy to understand. Even though we had a few problems waiting on wage slips which took about a month luke never stopped helping and kept us updated numerous times until we finally got our car. After reading some bad reviews about whitnell I can honestly say this dealership and it's staff are amazing and we will be going back when we decide to upgrade again highly highly recommend ��

Well myself and my partner went to withnell car sales with an open mind after reading some bad reviews. But in all fairness Luke couldn't of been any better of a sales person. He found us finance (which we wasn't expecting) and let us look at a number of different cars before we finally made our mind up on one. We didn't drive away the same day but its not always the best way to rush into a big decision with finance. The first day we took our tribe (kiddies) and a lady kindly offered the eldest 2 a packet of crisp which was very nice of her. But back to the car buying....we are very happy with the way we were dealt with by Luke and we managed to get our car 2 days later and we are very happy with it so far, so thank you very much and we shall see you in a couple of years or so for our upgrade ��. So happy with our new car! Withnells is such a lovely, friendly atmosphere that they make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through their doors. We’ve been researching car sales companies for months before we took the plunge last week and visited Withnells. We couldn’t find a car we wanted on our first visit but we gave Luke the spec of what we were looking for and our budget and he and the team delivered !! Picked up our new car today and met the wonderful Christine! She’s so welcoming and got us the best deal possible considering our credit history. My car failed it's mot this week and we decided to upgrade instead of shell out fixing the good old astra. We turned up late on Sunday afternoon, picked a car, and the brilliant Luke had it ready for us Monday morning! Bank holiday Monday too!! Ready for us to go to Scotland the same day!

Can not recommend this place enough. It's the second time I've used them and the service is fab!! We've explored finance (last time) and cash purchase today and both went very smoothly. Luke even helped set up my tax online before we left. 5* service! Thank you xxx

I went two weeks ago to enquire about a car i was looking for a certain car and they had a couple of lovely cars in but the price was beyond my budget i then recieved a call from christine she had found me the same car cheaper and in my budget i have not had to do a thing Whitnell sorted out the finance put the car through an MOT serviced and cleaned it all i have had to do was read the finance agreement and sign i have collected my car today and all i can say is FANTASTIC from

my first enquiry to collection a fantastic company who will do everything they can to provide you with what you want i and will go back when i am ready for a new car 10/10

When we first got there we were welcomed by a very friendly lad called Luke, he asked us if we wanted a brew and to have a look around the cars and if we wanted the keys to any just let him know. We had a look round the stock and there was three we wanted to have a more in depth look at and he gave us the keys to them and said if you need anymore info just go see him. Once we had looked at them more we were down to two that would work for us, when we asked Luke for more info he was on his game and knew stuff. Once we had picked the one we wanted he sorted the part ex price out and finance out quickly and we on our way. I have already recomended them to a friend and would again. Despite all the haters, I had no problems dealing with Luke and team. The car I eventually chose is CHEAPER than what my local garages sell comparable models for. There was never a hint of a hard sell, but more like having a chat with a mate. Yes, the APR may be dearer than other dealers, but if you're paying a relatively high rate, then you obviously have a poor credit rating. I really cannot recommend this place any higher, only thing that would have made my experience better would be more brews but I am a total tea addict!

After being conned on a private sale with a car I really was disheartened, went to Withnell and they were brilliant, from start to finish, great service, everything explained in detail, luke goes above and behond, everything fits around you, your budget, your times, your wants and needs, no pushing to buy, it's up to you if you want it or not, I am so happy with the car I've chosen, thank you all so much, I'm 1 happy lady �

I bought my daughter a car from here just over a month ago, I’ve waited to leave a review. I would of given a 5 star review, but the car had not been valeted on the inside, not a major issue, but when it comes to spending a lot of cash, well. Toyota Aygo, the daughter just passed her test 2 days ago, she’s named it Frankie, she absolutely loves it, paid a little over the top for it, but, up to now, very happy, can’t remember the salesman’s name, but, after a bit of a mix up on the documentation, all turned out great. My opinion, I’d use them again

After a couple of hiccups and the start, then going in and speaking to Christine to sort things out, everything is now sorted and I am now happy. Even though it was a rocky start it wouldn’t put me off buying from here again and I’ve already mentioned it to others. Cheers.
