Fantastic service, professional and great customer service

Dropped in one morning to get someone to check my car out. Very brief check done and then car booked in for the next day. Had it for the day, fixed the issue, price was very reasonable and explained the problem to me when I turned up to collect the car. Very pleasant employees and I'd definitely use them again.

I booked an MOT and wheel balance & change for a Saturday at noon. When I dropped my car for the MOT I was told that the wheel change was not booked (although time and PRICE agreed when MOT booked with female receptionist) I was told to leave the wheels and they could be done the next weekend at the agreed rate. I called the day before to confirm a time (with the same female) and a time was agreed after some deliberation. I arrived on the day to be told by the mechanic that they were not aware I was booked for that day, although he knew the price agreed, but said "it won't be done for that price" I told him it had been agreed and I had waited a week, to then be told that it was arranged with another employee that "was a pr*ck) There was also another customer in the garage at the time! I told him that none of this was the customers concern, and that it was an internal matter. This fell on deaf ears!!! If this is how they treat customers then I can't recommend it to others.
