Superb place. Have visited multiple times. Always interesting. Get a different experience every time. Good place to take overseas friends with children when they are visiting the country

We went there in September. The animals have plenty of space. The tiger and also the bears always looked up as we passed by - perhaps this was related to our interesting car... So we made some really great shots. I enjoyed the talk about and with the elephants. Now I'm an elephant ambassador :-)

We all had a good day here, but there could be a lot of improvements made. As someone stated the elephants were far away, and didn't really see them. The tigers enclosure could do with updating. £2 for a small bottle of drink? Will try west midlands next time. Still worth a visit

Just noticed in terms and conditions "Complaints will not be accepted once customer leaves the park. If you have got a complaint talk to staff before leaving the park". What kind of terms are these! A customer friendly service does not impose these conditions. A customer has to feel comfortable before making a complaint and may feel the need to write or talk in the comfort of their home. This kind of authoritarian attitude towards customer complaints is not going to improve the reputation of the park is it? I can understand that some complaints may need to be investigated instantly. But to say - no complaint will be entertained once the customer leaves the park is extreme and makes one wonder what are they afraid of? Such customer service deserves a 1 star.

Overall, I really liked the experience. The Kingdom of Carnivores area was fun to go through and we got pretty close to the monkeys. Tickets bordering on the expensive side but quite worth it. There's rhinos and giraffes going on the road, and deer when you enter and exit. In the foot safari, you can find a swan boat and railway, all of which are included in the entrance ticket. There are talks often as well.

Side note, which is not the park's fault, but some people have little to no respect for others, often stopping and hindering the rest of the visitors from seeing the animals.

A bit disappointing. My recollections as a child was was better than what my young children are expressing. Tigers were well hidden. No male lions apparent. Females lay under a tree. Elephants were too far away to see. Good to see black bears and rhinos walking around car but no wow factor. West Midlands Safari Park has the edge. Always expected food etc to be costly so no surprise there.

Great Safari experience.
Family loved it.
Need some staff on the smaller enclosures as there were some visitors not doing what they were suppose to do. Not shutting gates when they were required to be shut. Just need visible people to answer any questions.

Best Safari Park I have Visited brilliant place to visit. Delight to drive around witnessing these majestic animals roaming about freely and the sea lion show was superb. first time i seen white tiger. Highly recommend for anyone of any age.

Interesting place to visit. Lots of animals to see. Places to sit and eat. Souvenir shop. Very expensive.

Fantastic experience. You get to drive through the safari park (as many times as you want). You get to see the animals in close proximity - imagine a tiger or a pride of lionesses less than 5 feet from your windshield. The park is very clean and well maintained. We went on a sunny day with a sparse crowd. We drove through the park 3 times to catch a glimpse of the tigers (they were sleeping the first 2 times we drove past). Overall a great day out for adults and children alike.

One of the best day out options for a family. We travelled from Farnborough with another family who have a small girl. All of us were super enthused to drive around - seeing the magnificent carnivores, having fun with the monkeys who climb on your car, and watching the sea lions. There's more room for the kids to play - we couldn't because we were there only for half a day. We got the full experience tickets- personal suggestion would be to skip it and just buy food in the cafe for yourself. Plan for a full day out to enjoy it all. It is also a good rainy day activity - but depends on animals if they want to come out:)
