DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! The quality of food has gone downhill drastically, delivery times are much longer, therefore turns cold and they get the orders wrong!!!!

They can't even tick one of the boxes that a takeaway should offer!

I have ordered from this take away for years, I don't know if ownership has changed but it is terrible now.

Put a £50 order in on the weekend, they said it was an hour wait, for a Saturday night that's fine. The food arrived 1hr 40mins late, stone cold and they got the order wrong missing out a persons order!!! As we ordered at 7:50pm and got the food at 9:30pm some people had gone past it.

Rang to complain as I have been a regular customer for years, considering we spent £50, the food was late, cold and WRONG and asked for £20 off our next order.

They flat out refused say they didn't make enough to do that, clearly they have no understanding or customer Life time value!

I will never buy food from them again. Anywhere that is prepared to lose a regular customer over £20 considering the amount we have spent with them over the years is not worth using.

Apart from the poor service the quality of food is bad!

Soggy pancake roles
Soggy crispy shredded beef
Tasteless chop suey
Overdone satay

I could go on!!!! Save ya cash and spend it in another Chinese take away!

Terrible service. Waited 1 hour and 50 mins for the food and when it arrived the order was inccorect. The woman on the phone was rude and ignored my questions when I called to see where my order was. Don't waste your time or money!!

The food was disgusting I will not go back. Rice was sticky, crispy chilly beef was soggy, spring rolls was burnt. All in all disgusting, do not waste your money on this rubbish food.

Absolutely appalling service, food order was incorrect, the food was cold when it arrived and when I called to explain the problem I was threatened with violence and that "they know where I live!"
