Our philosophy

Here at Woktastic our philosophy is simple: All of our dishes are freshly prepared on site using locally sourced produce where possible.

Our fish is delivered to us within 72 hours of being caught and we are dedicated to an environmentally friendly policy, only choosing suppliers who have adopted prudent management and conservation of resources. For example, salmon is sourced directly from sustainable fisheries in Scotland whilst tuna is caught using dolphin friendly fishing practices.
