A great place, excellent real ale and the garden is magnificent as are the views and the big sky. "A little piece of heaven on The Wolds"

Great Beer and GREAT service.
My brother's 50th do was coming up, for which he'd arranged to take over a Youth Hostel in Wales.
I ordered a 20L polypin of Wold Gold through York Beer shop, beer was ordered "bright" (filtered) as I knew there wouldn't be time for the beer to settle before the guest would want to partake.
Due to a mistake (these things happen) at the brewery, regular beer was delivered.
On realising the mistake Wold Top contacted me and drove (25miles) the correct cask out to me within the hour! Not only that but Wold Top let me keep the old one.
