Wolds Edge Holiday Lodges

Second time staying here and just as good as the first time. We were in Mill Pond lodge this time as we took our dog and it was perfect. We also had Sunday lunch at the Fleece this time and it was great, we has 14 in the party and we all enjoyed it.

I can honestly say I don't think I've ever stayed in a most relaxing and calming place as Wolds Edge, the Cow Dale "Snug Hut" is just perfect in every possible way, to come back to this after 3 days of beautiful walks around the Yorkshire Wolds is just wonderful, the attention to detail is spot on, the little touches make this place unique, to sink into the bed in the hut is a delight, you really don't wish to get out in the morning! This along with 3 evening home cooked meals at the beautiful Fleece Inn complete with open coal fire which is only 2 minute's walk into the beautiful village of Bishop Wilton makes the whole relaxing break even better, to listen to the owls hooting after dark, to watch the squirrels sat outside the door, if you need a place to escape the normal head breaking routines of daily life this is that place, you certainly have done yourselves proud with this tiny corner of paradise!

We've stayed at Wolds Edge in the Snug Huts twice now, and I can't rate it highly enough! Such a gorgeous place to stay and Ruth is the most helpful and lovely host. The shepherd's huts are spacious but cosy and super romantic for a little getaway, you won't be disappointed!

Simply Perfect ! There was nothing to fault and so much to enjoy. Ruth (and Steve) are delightful, the lodges are immaculate and much more luxurious and comfortable than you might imagine.....in fact they are so good you could spend months in them and feel relaxed and at home. My wife and I will return again....and again.....and again !!

Absolutely perfect holiday. It's our second visit to Wolds Edge & would definitely return a third.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic when I got my dates mixed up. Lovely people and can't wait for my trip .

They have thought of every detail. Perfect for a romantic weekend. Luxury lodges, surrounded by nature.

It is a very tranquil place where you can really unwind & relax, Ruth is a wonderful host, and the honesty shop is very well run it was a lovely break where we did as little or as much as we wanted, the hottub was amazingly relaxing we both had a great time.

Wolds Edge Holiday Lodges have all the wow factor, Ruth and the staff make sure your stay is such an enjoyable one. Second visit for me, can't wait to go back, always feel totally relaxed and rejuvenated when I have visited.
