I've been going to the Roller Disco for the past few weeks now, as a bit of a Friday past time, you know?

At first, it was enjoyable, finally having a place to skate without fearing the hill of Aldersley Road. Now, it's just boring and repetitive. At first, I never noticed just how rude the female attending the desk was, not smiling and slamming the stamp on your hand. The girls attending skate hire really don't look like they want to be there either, demanding and snatching your shoes before slamming the skates on the table and moving you along.

The place itself it way too cramped, and so many little kids falling over or gangs of kids just stopping to catch up right in ten middle of flurry of people going around, it's really hard to not have to say sorry every 2 seconds because you've bashed shoulders with someone or tripped over a little kid.

And this one was noticed by my little brother, but the music is always the same. Never have a listened to the same songs so much. The DJ, who I think is the same lady at the desk, is very demanding, and actually sounds rather aggressive when she's telling children to get off the rink. You can't honestly expect little children to hear you or pay attention to you, right? I can't hear hear her even when I'm right next to the kit, and I constantly have my little brother asking me, "What did she say?" So naturally, I guess.

The idea on stopping everyone in the rink and switching around to go the other way is ridiculous, especially when people can't even hear you. I twisted my ankle last time because a group of girls were skating the way we were going previously, and didn't hear the announcer.

What's even more annoying is the fact there is a boy/girl solo rink. I pay £4 to stand around and watch (from my point) males skate? No thank you. Don't let me even mention the music again.

I don't even want to make a summary for this, I'm just disappointed.

I use to go a lot, I have been skating for over a few years and I used to go to the roller disco every Friday night but I stoped I started to go again and now, I find the music very repetitive as well as this during the speed skate I found that the grouped skates or those who struggled to skate where putting them selfs and others at risk as they are unable skate at fast speed during the speed skate, when it’s the couple/ slow skates I am always on the side waiting as i know it’s for the younger ones and the ones who struggle to skate, but I do think something needs to be done about the speed skate, as it is for the more experienced skaters as well as this there are a number of groups who where going round on there phones not paying attention and this again is putting others and them selfs at risk of getting injured, I do love skating and I love going to venue but I do believe so believe this needs sorting
