After the government announcement last night, we have taken the decision to close our premises with immediate effect. However, if you are a key worker and have an emergency repair that is stopping you doing your job then please call us and we'll do our best to help/advise.
Our email and telephone lines will continue to be monitored remotely. If you would like to call for a chat about any of our vehicles or if... we can help/advise remotely on an issue you are having then we are still available to discuss remotely! Don't be a stranger.

**Covid-19 (Coronavirus) & Our Business Update**
Just a quick post to update you with regards to the Covid-19 status and its effects on our business as it currently stands.
Whilst we are still open for business, we have changed our protocols very significantly to ensure that we maintain safe and healthy working practices for all concerned. We are currently still open for both vehicle sales and workshop services and will continue to be as long as it is legal and relatively ...safe to be. We are taking service bookings as usual and are not currently having any issues with the procurement of parts. We already have all parts in stock to allow us to complete jobs currently booked in all the way into April.

**Special Services we are offering to help safely facilitate vehicle sales**
- We are offering nationwide FREE delivery wherever possible to eliminate/minimise the need for physical contact. - We are offering full HD Walk around videos & detailed video calls to give our customers as much information as we possibly can without any physical contact.
****** **General Business Practices & Workshop Service Specific Info**
We are taking extra precautions in all vehicles including disinfecting all contact areas, not allowing accompanied test drives and unfortunately not allowing anybody to wait in the office area whilst repairs are completed. Fresh seat covers & gloves are used on every customers vehicle, a 2m distance is kept during any limited customer contact and hands are washed as much as possible and always in between entering different vehicles.
We kindly ask that if you or anybody in your household/anybody you have come into contact with is showing symptoms of the disease that you contact us and cancel your appointment so we can rearrange to a suitable date and keep everybody as safe as possible.
Also, please could you make sure that your cars are presented to us in a hygienic state - please keep your car interiors clean and safe!
As you'll all appreciate, this is a live and developing situation and we may well have to change our procedures/reconsider our position in the near future. We'll continue to closely monitor the situation and listen to all government advice during this challenging time.

11 weeks ago Rob’s wife, Danica lost her dad & his father in law, Tony. Tony had courageously been battling a brain tumour for 10 months.
Sadly only 1% of cancer research funding goes into brain tumour research. The Brassington family have arranged a ‘Walk of Hope’ for the ‘Brain tumour research’ charity in honour of Tony.
