Ursula was extremely welcoming when popping in to have my hair maintenance done. With a very comforting set up and able to have a drink and watch a film whilst sorting my hair. I would very much recommend Ursula for hair extensions as the quality and service is amazing! She is able to work around for if you need a late time after work or if you'd like Ursula to come to you. I am absolutely in love with my hair, it is so natural and thick, I can confirm that not one friend or colleague has ever questioned if I wear extensions or not, I am simply just complimented and told how lucky I am to have such healthy and thick beautiful hair. Both Ursula and Jess are extremely professional and always go the extra mile to make sure I am happy and that I am booked in for an appointment conveniently. The girls always style my hair to perfection afterwards and make sure I am comfortable throughout the fitting… in fact so comfortable that Ursula even got me hooked on a new tv series in her chic and comfortable surroundings.

I am unsure as to if I will ever actually not have these wonderful extensions and wouldn’t even question moving to another company for fitting… The signature are the most accommodating and convenient extension specialists I have used to this date and the quality of hair is outstanding.

I’d absolutely recommend Ursula and Wonderful Extensions! I had such a great experience (especially after a few disappointing experiences with other suppliers) on the fitting day and afterwards as well. Ursula is such a nice lady, very professional and eager to give you the best result. Compared to other places she asked me a lot of questions to make sure I’m getting the right hair and right bonding style, the colour match is also absolutely perfect and I love looking in the mirror so much � I had a half head of extensions fitted about 2 weeks ago, have washed them quite a few times now and they are perfect. They feel very comfortable which is very important for me and they look real. I had a lot of compliments about them already and will definitely be going back to Ursula again.

The hair speaks volumes itself.

The quality of the hair it's so smooth and falls naturally. Normally the condition of the hair extensions would normally change after shampooing however this isn't the case with this hair, it feels even better once it's been washed. It's completely tangle free and they are so easy to style! They are by far the best hair I have ever had and I will be recommending everyone to have them! The application is so comfortable I would never know they were in my hair, so they are perfect for people that suffer with sensitive scalps.

I've always had an issue with my hair and hate getting treatments done as I can't sit still but seeing Ursula was the best thing I've done, I was made to feel at home and comfortable, everything was explained in great detail and my new hair is just amazing!!

I had my extensions done with Ursula last week. I had never met her before so I was really nervous about how they would turn out. Before the day came, Ursula spent a lot of time messaging me back and forth about what I would like and trying to paint a picture of what I was looking for. On the day I got them done, the whole experience was really nice. Ursula was very professional and most importantly, really skilled with installing the extensions. I got the Russian hair and so far, I am very happy with it. Ursula matched my hair perfectly. She had to use 5 shades of blonde to match what I have and it couldn't be matched better. Overall, I highly recommend Ursula and Wonderful extensions for quality service, a skilled and professional hair extensionist and quality hair.
