Yesterday I went on the Royal Selfies guided walk given by Joe.

Joe is passionate about art and it really showed when he encouraged us to look for symbols and clues in the paintings he curated to show and tell us everything he knew and had studied. Joe's enthusiasm was spilling over with information which showed me in my 50s that I need to learn more about art, the background of the artist and the history of society they lived in and not just to glimpse at paintings!

Thank you, Joe, for educating me!

User

Went on the Jack the Ripper Walk 16/2/18 with our guide Rob. Great walk and informative throughout. My two boys, 18 & 26, were expecting it to be rubbish but couldn't believe how interesting it actually was!!

This is the second walk (Westminster walk) my wife and I have been on and we've thoroughly enjoyed both of them, will be back again soon...when it's a little warmer :).

User

We went on the ripper tour, despite it being cold and raining heavily it was a wonderful evening. The teens didn't complain once. Our tour guide Rob was very entertaining and a real asset. Will definitely be doing more. The fact that you only pay what you think its worth/can afford makes it available to everyone.

User

We went on the FREE walking ghost tour of London tonight with Rob we had a fantastic time even my son who bores easily, attention was held for the full 2 hours. I also love the fact that it's a pay what you can tour as it makes it accessible for everyone.

User

Very interesting fact I learnt about London when I went on the ghosts tour.

Instructions for meeting place was very straight forward.

Want to go on all the tours when I get time or not to I'll to go.

User

My friend and I went on the Jack the Ripper tour on a whim and we were SO happy that we did! During the two hour walking tour led by Victor, we learned so much about the history and theories of Jack the Ripper as well as the history of the Whitechapel area during the 1880’s.

One of the things said by Victor (which I thought was incredibly classy) was that he likes to focus on the five victims’ stories more so than just glorify the killer; news outlets should take note!

User

My first tour I've been on and I absolutely enjoyed the whole expirance. (Free Jack the Ripper tour)

So educational, very interesting and left me wanting more . Gave a donation at the end as I couldn't walk away not giving nothing with all the hard working, enthusiastic tourguild gave.

Defiantly want to try their other tours they Have to offer !

User

My first time to join the free tour with the Wonders of London. I chose the tour of Jack the Ripper. The content was quite attractive and the whole tour was nice and smooth. I will recommend my friends to join more tours together.

User

Just for home from the Ghost Tour with Rob and it was fantastic He was an interesting guide and gave such detailed and knowledgeable accounts. Went with my generally unenthusiastic teenager and pre-teen and they told me they thoroughly enjoyed themselves too; winner all round I think. A fun way to get our steps count up for the day too. Pay what you think/can is a great idea too; made it affordable as well as fun. Thanks again and you will see us on another tour very soon.

User

It was a lovely day out on the ‘City of London’ tour today. Rob was an interesting and animated guide who had good knowledge of the area and showed me as a native, life-long Londoner parts of the city I’d never seen before as well as sharing some very interesting information.

A great day out.

User

I went on two walking tours - Westminster and Jack The Ripper - both with Rob and both absolutely fantastic!

Rob is very engaging and passionate about his job, so in every tour you can learn a lot of interesting stories and details about London.

Would definitely recommend it and I will surely go on other tours with them: thank you, Wonders of London!

I moved to London from Edinburgh 20 years ago and The Ripper waking tour is something I’ve always wanted to do. I’m glad I waited as Victor was the perfect tour guide. He is charismatic and genuinely passionate about his topic which made the tour extremely enjoyable (despite the gruesome subject matter). Each victim is sensitivity discussed alongside potential killers. The only thing I’d say is that people should be more generous with their tips. Victor talked eloquently and non-stop for two hours - which on a stage - would bring big bucks. If I were the tour guide I’d mention at the start what the usual going rate for a tour of this type is so people can make a better judgment on how much to pay at the end. All in all a very good tour - highly recommended.

User

I had a wonderful tour with Vincent last month. I enjoyed the parks, the stories, the architecture, but most of all he inspired me to be more presente in my city life!

User

I been living in London since a while and finally I had the chance to go to The Ripper walking tour for free with Wonders of London. The tour last about two hours, is well organised and has a fantastic guide tour who gives you a lot informations and he is able to repotrate and feel the past moment behind the mystery of Jack the Ripper story. Perfect story tellers by changing the sound of his voice and expression of his face for each different moments throuhout the full story. I higher recommending the tour and I am looking forward to go for more of different tour with Wonders of London.

User

Great walk through central London with some memorable ghost stories. Our tour guide Rob was a great charismatic story teller with good background knowledge and the history connected with the stories. I'd recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys great heritage sites and chilling stories surrounding them.

User

Free Jack the Ripper walking tour. Rob was our guide and did a great job. I've been interested in the Ripper case since I was a kid, and know London reasonably well, but it was great to put the two together. Our two teenagers didn't complain at all, so Rob must have been entertaining! Well worth it, affordable thing to do that's a bit different in the summer hols!

User

Attended a ghost tour last night .. this was my first tour ever and I thoroughly enjoyed it . Our tour guide Rob was fantastic very informative and friendly with some laughs along the way. Highly recommended I will definitely do another one . I would say though that I do think for what you get for the two hours ..which is ALOT of info that people should be a little bit more giving with their donations.

User

"Sin, sex and prostitution"was my first walk with Wonders of London about a week ago. It is an extremely captivating tour for anyone who is interested in the history of London and enjoys a stroll in the city. Shocking historical facts about life in London in the 17th century leaves you marvelling at this city of sin and glory. Stories about the great fire, the plague, women who built bridges after the war, prostitution, theatre, suicide, bear fights and many more unfolded with great knowledge and style during a lovely 2 hours evening walk led by Vincent, our guide. Truly memorable. Thank you.

User

did the ghost tour walk on may 10th highly enjoyable.

the guide rob was great easy to find at meeting point and his stories came across really well.

i really enjoyed the tour
