At Woodcraft Folk we believe passionately in equality and co-operation – everyone is welcome to join our groups.

There are now several Woodcraft Folk groups in Norwich, so there should be one to suit your family:

Thorpe Hamlets (All ages) meet at Pilling Park Community Centre, 23 Pilling Park Road, Norwich, NR1 4PA, on Tuesdays in term time.

City Center Venturers (Older young people) are meeting at the Youth Cafe at OPEN, starting with an activity week, each evening 5. 50-7pm on the week commencing 13th November - all are welcome to find out more.

A new Pioneers (9-13) group is in development in the west of the City as well. Please get in touch if you'd like more information about that.

As they develop, each group will have a closed Facebook group, linked to this page, for their members to share activities and information.

For those new to Woodcraft Folk:
We are an educational group for children and young people based on cooperation, peace and democracy. Our aim is to have great fun, but also to try and develop children’s self-confidence and build their awareness of society around them.

Through our activities, outings and camps we help our members understand important issues like the environment, world debt and global conflict and, in recent years, we have focused on sustainable development.

By encouraging children to think, we hope they will help build a peaceful, fairer world.
