What an excellent couple of hours spent with Sandra on 1:1 training with my dog Ernie today. Upon meeting Sandra it was immediately apparent what a warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable person she is. Her calm and gentle approach ensured a relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable session with easy to follow methods. In fact it was so much more than a training session – it was also a lesson in dog psychology as Sandra shared her knowledge and understanding of dog behaviour / traits to try and interpret the root cause of some of Ernie’s issues, providing invaluable insight and guidance. Most of all I feel that Sandra made me connect with my dog again and the feeling was just priceless! Looking forward to our next session and establishing a new and fulfilling relationship with Ernie! PS – he ‘stole’ a tennis ball which he found near the gate – we will replace it at our next session, sorry! :-)

Went to loose lead walking class yesterday with Reg. Learnt loads. Great to see every handler getting immediate results from clicker technique. Thanks to Sandra and Dean for their excellent knowledge and experience. See you soon for Totall Recall.

We've been using Worcester Dogs walking service for a few weeks now and are so thrilled with how it's going. From the first meeting we were really impressed with Michelle and Barney is loving going out with James! So nice to know he's in safe hands and having a ball! We're two weeks into puppy classes with our three month old golden retriever and I've been really impressed with Worcester Dogs right from the start. All of the instructors are brilliant - they are patient, clearly very knowledgeable and have endless tips for any and all of the challenges you might face with a young puppy. Not to mention they are clearly all devoted to dogs! Sasha loves being at class and we've picked up so many useful tips alongside the regular training (sit, heel etc.) that I had initially expected from a puppy class. I'm sure we'll be back again and again after this course for agility, masterclasses and anything else that takes our fancy. Thank you and see you next week!



FIVE MONTHS ON: apparently I can't write more than one review so here's an update... we're now on our third course with Worcester Dogs having done puppy, puppy graduate and just started weekly tricks. I never could have dreamed that we'd be the lucky owners of such a happy and well-behaved pup who is always keen to keep learning. So much of that is thanks to the groundwork put in with Worcester Dogs and the training philosophy we've learned from their fantastic trainers. I've recommended them to other dog walkers about three times in the last month! Can't wait for our next class and would thoroughly recommend the tricks course already - for fun, for strengthening the bond with your dog and for the quality and dedication of Dean's teaching. As on previous courses with Sandra and Carline, quality time is given to each dog and owner so that everyone gets as much out of the hour as possible and goes away inspired.

We recently brought our Beagle to see Sandra and Carline to introduce her to tracking, it was a brilliant experience for everyone involved and we totally loved it! Sandra&Carline were so helpful and answered all my stupid questions and were so encouraging we really can't wait to go and try it all again. Incredibly professional, friendly and have so much knowledge it's definitely worth contacting them... superb!!

We have used several of Worcester Dogs services and have been very happy with the home boarding, first aid class, puppy class and 1:1 training as well as being signed up the upcoming agility for our lovely cocker spaniel Orla. Sandra and the team are above professional and have been vital in helping us help our dog reach her potential. Thank you so very much for all your hard work.

We had a super day today at your Golden Retriever masterclass. We learnt loads and can't believe how much our mindset on training has changed in just two hours... It honestly flew by!

We did some one on one training with Sandra following our staffie cross becoming reactive to certain dogs, we we starting to find walking her more and more of a challenge. We had 3 sessions with Sandra and now have a totally different dog, she is a lot more relaxed whilst around other dogs and we can now enjoy walking her again xx

We bought our rescue collie Sweep to see Sandra a couple of months ago as he had a lot of issues due to being badly mistreated. Sandra was very kind and patient with Sweep ( and us!). We learned such a lot and Sandra sent us away with plenty of things to do to help Sweep. We are going back to see Sandra in September to continue the work we have been doing. We highly recommend Worcester Dogs and neither Sweep nor us would be in a better place now if it wasn't for Sandra so thank you so much !!

We adopted our rescue dog 18 months and Sandra and the rest of the Worcester dogs team have been fantastic in helping us train Delta and get her feeling secure in her home. The team took time to get to know Delta and understand her issues then tailored a training plan for her which have made her a joy to have in the house. We still attend master classes and training when we can as Delta enjoys them so much. I also use the home boarding service and feel happy leaving her with The wonderful Val and others in the team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Worcester Dogs.

Ted (GSD) and I attended a taster tracking session recently, as Ted can be reactive with other dogs I was concerned as to how it would go. It was a fabulous session, Sandra and Carline were so understanding and helpful that the three hours flew by. We will certainly be returning for the next session.

Sometimes you just meet people and feel a connection. A good friend suggested I sign up for the canine first aid course that was being run and on meeting Sandra and Carline I instantly felt the warmth in them. I had already signed to a different puppy class but have continued training with Worcester Dogs which I find much more friendly. Such a range of things to try and Bailey and I are loving the tracking and individual training with Carline. Bailey has also had a fantastic time staying with Carline while I was away...don't think he wanted to come home. Really lovely people with the dogs best interest at heart.

Sandra runs amazing classes and offers first class advice. We attended puppy & graduate classes with Lola & Libby (both the same age) Sandra and her team were very patient and encouraging with our two puppies. We have also used the home boarding and dog walking facility that Worcester Dogs provide . Our first experience of home boarding was December 2015 and both pups had an amazing time with their buddy Reg and his owners. More recently the dogs stayed for a week with Michelle and we couldn't have been more pleased. Michelle made notes on feed times , personalities and general routines and also allowed the dogs to curl up on the sofa during the evening. She also updated us with regular updates and photos/videos . It was like home from home for them. We have also used the dog walking service and would do so again. Worcester Dogs are a very reliable , trustworthy company offering good advice when required ��

Sandra is amazing with people and animals nothing is 2 much trouble I met this lady whilst in Worcester hospital my husband and her husband was in opposite beds I live hours away mark had a bad accident at Bewdley while quad racing. Where they operated on him. I had no where to go or stay hundreds of miles away, yet Sandra this beautiful lady let me into her home with her animals she didn’t really no me she is kind and generous I feel privileged to know these people. and Harry her big German shepherd is very well trained and obedient so if you need love and care and training for your animals look no further this is definitely the place for it �

Sandra and carline have been amazing. Isabelle our golden retriever now 9 months has attended puppy classes .. master classes in recall and doggie first aid. In May isabelle used worcester dogs for home boarding and had an amazing time with a fellow retriever and lovely host family.. everything has been exceptional in allowing us to integrate isabelle into our family .. we look forward to celebrating her first birthday with an agility class ... Thank You so much !

Sandra & Michelle at Worcs Dogs have helped us and our little daxie so much. We have used their puppy training, kennel club bronze training (which he passed �), had a individual consultation to adjust some behaviours when we were struggling after the birth of a human baby. We also still use their pack walk service every week. Can’t not praise the service enough. I think they may love The little man nearly as much as we do - & you can’t ask for more than that! x

Really enjoyed the Scent Detection workshop. I learnt lots of things I can try with my own dog. Louise was brilliant. The workshops are perfect as they are at the weekend and I can go along to them. Was well looked after by Sandra and Carline too. Would be really keen to come along to a follow up if there is one.

Our First session with Sandra on Friday and it was AMAZING so much knowledge she really got to know me and Harley. In the 2 hours she had Harley very calm and relaxed giving me loads of tips on how to read his body language. I'm so excited for the months up coming to hopefully have a happy confident Labrador on the road :). Would recommend to anyone with ANY problems with there dogs.

Love these guys!! They helped us make a difficult decision with our previous dog in a respectful, sensitive manner and gave us the courage to adopt a rescue dog. Our once scared, uncontrollable dog turned 1 a couple of weeks back and is a different dog. A couple of 1:1’s to start us off followed by our first ever training sessions have resulted in Misty passing her Kennel Club Bronze today! Thankyou so much x

Just got back from an amazing day of tracking with my Sprocker Ruby. Sandra and Carline were both fantastic, very encouraging and great teachers. I haven't seen Ruby this confident in a long time, we can't wait to do it again. I'll be bringing my partner and puppy to the next tracking day. We've also used Sandra in the past for behavioural work with some of our dogs and she was also excellent in this regard. Highly recommended.

Just been on the two day detection course - fabulous trainer (many thanks Louise) - very informative - fantastic locations and set ups, all of which gave all the dogs the opportunity to succeed at every level - when I find a 6 year old child I'll get some of the video's up on this page (thank you Katherine for taking the video's) all in all extremely enjoyable and tiring weekend - thank you Sandra - Sue and Riley

I'd like to thank Sandra and all her helpers for their great help with training my adorable Jackie Russell puppy, she is not there yet but with the help of Sandra I am armed with the knowledge needed to keep her safe and under control. I also really enjoyed the experience and Lucy is now really socialised with other dogs which is a huge blessing in itself! I am also delighted that I have found someone to look after Lucy whilst I am on holiday and I no longer have to blackmail the [somewhat unwilling] family into doing it!! All in all, thanks Worcester Dogs and Sandra

I went along to the Tricks Masterclass yesterday. Sandra and Dean are fantastic fun & patient teachers which is what I need haha as I'm the one that needs the training most! Dean is the expert on 'Tricks' though and it was a great class, very fun and informative and you get handouts to take home and coffee & cake!



I'm now practising with Jess. What fun we had & Jess fell asleep for 3 hours after! I'm looking forward to attending more classes. Hopefully I'll be able to upload a 'trick' very soon :-) Thanks once again Sandra and Dean

I sought the help of Sandra at Worcester Dogs 3 weeks ago. I had a 4 year old rescue dog that had never been walked on a lead, had no recall and no idea how to socialise with other dogs. With Sandra's guidance, a lot of hard work, perseverance and consistency, Bree can walk nicely on a lead and has started to do some recall today. Meeting dogs is still a work in progress but our training sessions haven't finished yet. Highly recommend one to one sessions with Worcester Dogs. I very nearly gave up but I'm so glad I didn't! Xx

I have known Sandra and her team for a good few years now when she started looking after my elderly diabetic cat when we were on holiday . Now we at last have a dog of our own and the care and attention shown to Albie our gorgeous Cavapoo, from puppy visits, puppy training , walking and home boarding is second to none.

I have had three one-on-one sessions with Sandra since Sept ‘17, and now Kaiser and I are in a far happier place. He is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a breed known for their stubbornness. Having previously met with two other trainers, and the results being fairly negative, it was so refreshing to meet a behaviourist who ‘got the breed’ and was able to reassure me Kaiser wasn’t her first Ridgeback! I needed help with two issues: Kaiser’s inability to pass other dogs politely while on lead, and curbing his independent nature while off lead. Sandra’s knowledge and skill of reading a dog immediately had a positive effect with Kaiser. But what I liked more was Sandra sharing this with me. She trained me so I could train Kaiser. What is also exciting about Sandra’s work is that she is open to new ideas - just like her trialling a new method of recall with us. Kaiser picked this training up straight away. Our walks since that session back in November have been calm and relaxed, knowing he isn’t going to disappear for hours on end looking for those deer and foxes!!

Oh, and his madness on the lead? I’d say he’s about 90% of the way to a polite dog again!

I have completed 2 master classes now with my anxious dog and can honestly say that the training has been brilliant and great fun. everyone involved at the sessions were so accommodating, helpful and patient and the training has been instrumental to out journey together and the improvement both myself and my amazing dog Winston have made..thank you so much

I am saddened to think that someone would do anything to discredit the the training or anything to do with Worcester Dogs. I have found the classes to be hugely beneficial, even in puppy classes there is plenty of one to one advice and support and the one to one sessions, in my own home were exceptional. I have found the team to be dedicated, keen to support and genuinely keen to ensure the best for the dogs and owners alike. I just cannot speak highly enough of them and we'll be working on several more things over the coming months and looking forward to every one of them. Great results and all based on the philosophy of 'what gets rewarded, gets repeated'. Works with the kids too � thank you Worcester Dogs.

I Highly recommend Worcester Dogs, we have been using them for home boarding our dog for the last 4 years and wouldn't want him to go anywhere else! Had a fantastic training session in Loose Lead Masterclass today! I have a very large and excitable GSD, who always gets over excited by other dogs and pulls to get to them, by the end of the session today he was so relaxed, did everything I asked of him, he was focused on me and not the other dogs around him! Thank you so much to the excellent trainers! Couldn't recommend highly enough!!

Fabulous recall session today, Harvey our Springer did fantastically well, and despite being quite anxious is coming along brilliantly thanks to all the practical help and advice given during all the training sessions. Our own confidence is growing as well! I'd highly recommend Sandra, Carline and the team.

Enjoyed a fantastic TTouch workshop with the brilliant Julie Sadler. Presented in an informal and engaging way made it easy to understand and follow. Julie is an excellent teacher, lots of guidance with the 'hands on' stuff and a real insight as to how this technic can help with the many day to day situations our dogs encounter. Charlie (black lab) and I attended the loose lead masterclass with Worcester Dogs. I’ve always struggled with the theory behind the practice because it really helps if you fully understand it - we were given a really informative ‘presentation ‘ before we started, and everything made so much sense which meant that when you actually started the practical stuff it was so much easier. We both loved this class and the two hours flew by. All the dogs were transformed during the class - I will definitely be booking some more.

Basil and I came along to the Lead Masterclass and I just wanted to say a huge thank you. Within a week, he was walking to heel on the lead and is now a delight to take out lead walking. It's like having a new dog. So thank you very much.

Really enjoyed the Scent Detection workshop. I learnt lots of things I can try with my own dog. Louise was brilliant. The workshops are perfect as they are at the weekend and I can go along to them. Was well looked after by Sandra and Carline too. Would be really keen to come along to a follow up if there is one.

Our First session with Sandra on Friday and it was AMAZING so much knowledge she really got to know me and Harley. In the 2 hours she had Harley very calm and relaxed giving me loads of tips on how to read his body language. I'm so excited for the months up coming to hopefully have a happy confident Labrador on the road :). Would recommend to anyone with ANY problems with there dogs.

Love these guys!! They helped us make a difficult decision with our previous dog in a respectful, sensitive manner and gave us the courage to adopt a rescue dog. Our once scared, uncontrollable dog turned 1 a couple of weeks back and is a different dog. A couple of 1:1’s to start us off followed by our first ever training sessions have resulted in Misty passing her Kennel Club Bronze today! Thankyou so much x

Just got back from an amazing day of tracking with my Sprocker Ruby. Sandra and Carline were both fantastic, very encouraging and great teachers. I haven't seen Ruby this confident in a long time, we can't wait to do it again. I'll be bringing my partner and puppy to the next tracking day. We've also used Sandra in the past for behavioural work with some of our dogs and she was also excellent in this regard. Highly recommended.

Just been on the two day detection course - fabulous trainer (many thanks Louise) - very informative - fantastic locations and set ups, all of which gave all the dogs the opportunity to succeed at every level - when I find a 6 year old child I'll get some of the video's up on this page (thank you Katherine for taking the video's) all in all extremely enjoyable and tiring weekend - thank you Sandra - Sue and Riley

I'd like to thank Sandra and all her helpers for their great help with training my adorable Jackie Russell puppy, she is not there yet but with the help of Sandra I am armed with the knowledge needed to keep her safe and under control. I also really enjoyed the experience and Lucy is now really socialised with other dogs which is a huge blessing in itself! I am also delighted that I have found someone to look after Lucy whilst I am on holiday and I no longer have to blackmail the [somewhat unwilling] family into doing it!! I went along to the Tricks Masterclass yesterday. Sandra and Dean are fantastic fun & patient teachers which is what I need haha as I'm the one that needs the training most! Dean is the expert on 'Tricks' though and it was a great class, very fun and informative and you get handouts to take home and coffee & cake!



I'm now practising with Jess. What fun we had & Jess fell asleep for 3 hours after! I'm looking forward to attending more classes. Hopefully I'll be able to upload a 'trick' very soon :-) Thanks once again Sandra and Dean

I sought the help of Sandra at Worcester Dogs 3 weeks ago. I had a 4 year old rescue dog that had never been walked on a lead, had no recall and no idea how to socialise with other dogs. With Sandra's guidance, a lot of hard work, perseverance and consistency, Bree can walk nicely on a lead and has started to do some recall today. Meeting dogs is still a work in progress but our training sessions haven't finished yet. Highly recommend one to one sessions with Worcester Dogs. I very nearly gave up but I'm so glad I didn't! Xx

I have known Sandra and her team for a good few years now when she started looking after my elderly diabetic cat when we were on holiday . Now we at last have a dog of our own and the care and attention shown to Albie our gorgeous Cavapoo, from puppy visits, puppy training , walking and home boarding is second to none.

I have had three one-on-one sessions with Sandra since Sept ‘17, and now Kaiser and I are in a far happier place. He is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a breed known for their stubbornness. Having previously met with two other trainers, and the results being fairly negative, it was so refreshing to meet a behaviourist who ‘got the breed’ and was able to reassure me Kaiser wasn’t her first Ridgeback! I needed help with two issues: Kaiser’s inability to pass other dogs politely while on lead, and curbing his independent nature while off lead. Sandra’s knowledge and skill of reading a dog immediately had a positive effect with Kaiser. But what I liked more was Sandra sharing this with me. She trained me so I could train Kaiser. What is also exciting about Sandra’s work is that she is open to new ideas - just like her trialling a new method of recall with us. Kaiser picked this training up straight away. Our walks since that session back in November have been calm and relaxed, knowing he isn’t going to disappear for hours on end looking for those deer and foxes!!

Oh, and his madness on the lead? I’d say he’s about 90% of the way to a polite dog again!

I have completed 2 master classes now with my anxious dog and can honestly say that the training has been brilliant and great fun. everyone involved at the sessions were so accommodating, helpful and patient and the training has been instrumental to out journey together and the improvement both myself and my amazing dog Winston have made..thank you so much

I am saddened to think that someone would do anything to discredit the the training or anything to do with Worcester Dogs. I have found the classes to be hugely beneficial, even in puppy classes there is plenty of one to one advice and support and the one to one sessions, in my own home were exceptional. I have found the team to be dedicated, keen to support and genuinely keen to ensure the best for the dogs and owners alike. I just cannot speak highly enough of them and we'll be working on several more things over the coming months and looking forward to every one of them. Great results and all based on the philosophy of 'what gets rewarded, gets repeated'. Works with the kids too � thank you Worcester Dogs.

I Highly recommend Worcester Dogs, we have been using them for home boarding our dog for the last 4 years and wouldn't want him to go anywhere else! It's so nice to relax on holiday knowing he's in safe hands. Updates and pics are sent to us letting us know what a fab time he's having and when he comes home i'm sure he has the holiday blues.

Having just attended my first Taster Tracking session, I thought I'd just like to thank both Sandra and Carline for making the evening such a beautiful experience. Your teaching and the way you shared your knowledge was amazing and the way you made it both interesting and fun in a relaxed environment was also fantastic. Had a fantastic training session in Loose Lead Masterclass today! I have a very large and excitable GSD, who always gets over excited by other dogs and pulls to get to them, by the end of the session today he was so relaxed, did everything I asked of him, he was focused on me and not the other dogs around him! Thank you so much to the excellent trainers! Couldn't recommend highly enough!!

Fabulous recall session today, Harvey our Springer did fantastically well, and despite being quite anxious is coming along brilliantly thanks to all the practical help and advice given during all the training sessions. Our own confidence is growing as well! I'd highly recommend Sandra, Carline and the team.

Enjoyed a fantastic TTouch workshop with the brilliant Julie Sadler. Presented in an informal and engaging way made it easy to understand and follow. Julie is an excellent teacher, lots of guidance with the 'hands on' stuff and a real insight as to how this technic can help with the many day to day situations our dogs encounter. Charlie (black lab) and I attended the loose lead masterclass with Worcester Dogs. I’ve always struggled with the theory behind the practice because it really helps if you fully understand it - we were given a really informative ‘presentation ‘ before we started, and everything made so much sense which meant that when you actually started the practical stuff it was so much easier. We both loved this class and the two hours flew by. All the dogs were transformed during the class - I will definitely be booking some more.

Basil and I came along to the Lead Masterclass and I just wanted to say a huge thank you. Within a week, he was walking to heel on the lead and is now a delight to take out lead walking. It's like having a new dog. So thank you very much.
