World Class Training Description
After 35 years in the winter sports environment, training and assessing as both a teacher and a coach, I have discovered that the ‘art’ of delivering new knowledge is the key to inspirational teaching. My experience as a senior trainer within the UK’s National Governing body for snowsports instructors, (B. A. S. I. ) has given me many opportunities travel the world and contribute to the international community of mountain sports professionals.
That, combined with 14 years in the RNLI as crew member of the Torbay Lifeboat, has given me rescue skills and first aid experiences which I can bring to your training to form part of the learning environment.
The outdoors is both a playground and an accident waiting to happen! Whilst giving full regard to traditional first aid training, World Class Training can provide an added dimension to both your awareness and your skills. By taking a dynamic and realistic approach, WCT utilises realistic scenarios and role play to ensure memorable and authentic training.
By ensuring that you experience and enjoy a meaningful training session, your skills and knowledge will increase, enabling you to adapt and react to emergency situations.
As World Class Training grows, other aspects of compliance training which are required in the workplace, will be incorporated within our programmes. It’s also worth noting that our team has the ability to develop and deliver new ‘skills courses’ which your company can access to improve business potential. These could include sales and presentation skills, business coaching and planning.
