World Of Power (Buxton)

Ordered a new Husqvarna chainsaw bar. Mix up on posting, I was sent the wrong item, another customer got my item. Can't fault World of Power though, they sent out the correct item immediately that I notified them of the mistake, and I received it the next day.

Excellent website and value for money. I spoke to the team at World of Power also and they were extremely helpful. Would recommend these guys A*

I have bought lots of things from World of Power over the years, most recently a new lawnmower. I spoke to a lady called Debs on the phone who was extremely helpful and polite. She helped me find exactly what i was looking for! 100% would recommend, I would not shop for my tools/garden equipment anywhere else.

I recently purchased a Outback Meteor Gas BBQ. I was really impressed with the BBQ and the price, the staff are very knowledgeable; what these guys don’t know about BBQ’s isn’t worth knowing.

I recently purchased a cordless hedgetrimmer from here and I am so happy with my new purchase.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products they sell - I recently bought a house with a large hedge so I was a complete novice to hedgetrimming and with a large selection to choose from it was a little overwhelming, but the ladies at World of power were happy to help me purchase the correct tool for my garden.

Terrible experience, tried to get some BBQ equipment. Delivery was attempted with no card left. No attempt at re-delivery, was very confused where the package had gone as it said it had been delivered. Couldn't get in contact with delivery firm at all (tried on numerous days) and then the web sales team seemed surprised when I wanted to get my money back 14 days after I was supposed to have received it!

Tried to buy something from them, looked to be available on their website 24H later I get told it's not in stock and a 6-10 wait for dispatch was required.... I think I'll use one of the plethora of other stores that keep stock / show it on their site's and have very similar prices.

OMG this place is excellent. I travel miles and miles to this place because they are so good. Stuart the mechanic or technician is fabulous. He does an amazing job and has done a brilliant job on my gear. My blower was on its last legs and it's almost new now and didn't cost me much either. He's is a great asset to your company in my opinion. Irene and Debbie are also wonderful on customer service. Always helpful and friendly. I just wouldn't go anywhere else.

I ordered a Husqvarna chainsaw for my dad and it was delivered on time. Sadly it developed a fault within a week. World of Power picked it up, fixed the fault and returned it within 2 days. Great service. I would definitely recommend and I will revisit for my next purchase . Five stars!!

Visited the showroom in Buxton , staff are helpful and know a lot about the products. Would recommend and visit again.

I phoned World of Power for some advise on chainsaws and got exactly that. Friendly staff and a Husqvarna chainsaw delivered the next day. Great service

Great team, very knowledgable, helpful and good stock & demo room. Bought a Weber smoker, used it a couple of times and found it had a bit of an issue with how it fitted together. Took it back to show them and they changed it without question. Great customer service, will only be buying my BBQ stuff from here. Now go and buy a smokey mountain, it'll change your life!

Excellent prices on a large number of products from top manufacturers and first class customer service dept. World of power is always my first choice for garden machinery or bbq items.
